I don't recall them. Check out the SS comments section (second application or something like that) with cntrl+F search. It will highlight all relevant entries.

I believe applying GCMS notes makes ur app process faster....i applied GCMS notes 10 days back , this was second time...i have visited more than 10 countries,WHILE one of my friend 2132 , 9th may applicant having no travel history still waiting for DM/PPR...

Thanks Bro, even I do not have any travel history, its extremely random and this long wait is killing inner peace as well as confidence, lot of thoughts are eating the brain cores.
Anyways, I think, i should follow your suggestion and go with GCMS, how long will they take to respond on it.

application received by CIC: 03 Nov 2014.
Method of payment: CC.

Unfortunately, my application was returned to me.

"You have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC.
You have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.
Therefore, I am not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that you meet the work experience requirement for the occupation as described by the NOC - 2172 - Database analysts and data administrators."

And, with all the information collected from this forum, reading again the letter of recommendation from my employee and the contract with him, I understand why the officer came to this conclusion. The contract is a standard one, where I am named a "PROGRAMMER". And the letter doesn't say very much to help my case. The credit card was not charged.

The application was send back to me on 17 dec 2014. I have received the package on 6 feb 2015.

Does this means that the CIC officer is checking our Job descriptions with the NOCs lead statements and NOC duties even before they charge our CCs ??

Our initial understanding was that the CIC will check our Job descriptions and duties after they charge our CCs (when calculating our points)and They will do this when they doing the Possible Eligibility Review and if the out come of the positive eligibility review is negative, they will send us the NER. Isn't this the usual methodology we were thinking what is happening in CIC when we send a new application?

By looking at the above explanation by the CIC officer, it looks like they are doing the points calculation even before they charge the CCs. And what could they be doing at the stage of PER?

Looking forward to hear you guys thoughts about this??

Completeness check by CIC officer does not mean only that forms and signatures are simply there. It means that documents provided by the applicants are also included. Without reading these documents (reading supporting proofs of your claims) the officer cannot decide if these documents are sufficient and acceptable or not. At this point the officer makes a match between the NOC descriptions and requirements and your professional experience description. This is how they find if there is any discrepancy or not. Then they charge your mode of payment. A senior or a second immigration officer checks later the application and documentation to confirm or decline the decision taken by the first officer. At this stage you get either a PER or an NER. This is one of the reasons why most applicants with a cc or dd charge get always PER later because CC is charged when there is a high certainty that the file is complete and all in order.

Just want to confirm one thing

I completed my medicals on february 3

Still no third line update... Just want to confirm whether third line will be updated only after i send proof of medicals to ndvo?? Or it will get automatically updated???
The hospital was e-medical enabled

I will be send proof of medical along with PCC and RPRF DD in march

the update is independent of VO receiving the proof

I am Sep 5th Applicant , did your CC or DD get charged even I am 2171 NOC applicant my CC or DD is yet to be charged kindly share your experience

True.
eMedical system is comprehensive. The clinic uploads the IME/UMI file to Australia (yep, it's not a Canadian platform) and they send the results to one of six RMOs - regional medical office - depending on the country of your residence. They review the results and create a dedicated entry in GCMS file.

So basically the turning point is PER mail. I have been hearing a lot about background verification being done, what is all about? does this happen for all or only specific cases. & is there a possibility that VO will call the employer, so that I can keep them posted.
