I need some suggestion...
I applied for FSW 2014 under noc 1212..
App received date 2-dec-14
DD encashed date 30-jan-15

My question is can I apply for student visa for germany for april 2015 intake

FSW application has no effects or restrictions on other things you can do such as change your job or country of residence etc.

Only thing is that you've to notify Visa Office about your relocation.

If I get the GCMS notes now, will I be able to check them until the end of my process or its only until the day I get the notes?

Could you please elaborate on your application with following questions;

1. Do you have international travel history?
2. How many companies you worked in total?

I am 2173 NDVO applicant ...app rcvd 30th july...per - 21st Nov

I have been 2.5 years in UK and 8 months in US, worked in 4 companies in last 10 years...

got second line updated few moments ago as processiong started on 5th Feb .. and awaiting MR now.

If I get the GCMS notes now, will I be able to check them until the end of my process or its only until the day I get the notes?

You can apply for GCMS Notes multiple times....however if u say, apply today, you will receive the results exactly a month later...But the file will only contain status until today....i.e. it's like a system dump of ur file containing all ur information till today but given to you a month later...what happens in this intervening month, u won't be able to get from the Notes if u apply today...hope I'm clear...

Please help me on this I am really worried my App. Filed date is 08-08-2014, per date is 30-11-2014. Still no second line. Actually in my reference letter HR has mentioned about the loss of pay and not mentioned anything saying he was a good performer. This is how that institution is providing the reference letter to all. Will it be a problem?

Do I need to do any Case Specific Enquiry will it show whether the app is reached in NDVO and other status?. How many days it will take to get the reply on this. Is there any phone number to get the status of my App.

Possibly all CIC offices are working on the weekends too or they have a queue in which emails are automated to be sent.
I say this cos, I received my PER on sunday while I was like its weekend so will check my emails on monday, and when I accidentally checked my inbox i was like at 00:20 I had the PER at 21:24 on 25th Jan

It's may be due to server issue because i have checked 2-3 times and it's not open.

It's way too soon for a CSE...From my experience, NDVO will just ignore and not reply anything if u raise now....No 2nd line means ur file has not yet been assigned to an Officer...
If you have crossed the PER stage, that means CIC has already assessed ur application (with ur ref. lettr one) and found it satisfactory...there is 99% chance that VO will also do the same...At the most, VO may call u for an interview/ initiate BGC incl physical verification...That shouldn't be a problem if ur docs are genuine...
You need to wait for the 2nd line to be updated....And no, there's no phone number for NDVO...u have crossed the PER stage, no phone number for enquiry now....

I got 3rd line update on Feb 7th. Medicals were sent on 27th Jan.
Now, the wait starts for DM and PPR

Thanks arkscan, my consultancy is having branches in Canada I can request to them for GCMS, any idea how many days it takes. Case specific or GCMS is faster
