The world will be starting another week. I hope the cic and visa office will give us some great news. Keep the faith and may God bless us all. Cheers!

[size=10pt]I m in very difficult condition.

I got married after file submission. Now I have to submit PCC by mid March but are getting official divorce by April last week due to some reasons. We are already separated now.

What status should of mine. And add to complexity, what should I do if I plan to marry again in may as I want to put spouse during PR process and don't want to do it later

1) Let the VO know about upcoming divorce ASAP.
2) Send them divorce certificate (by email) as soon as you get it.
3) Get married, request VO to send list of requested documents for new spouse.
4) Comply with the request
5) Live happily ever after

Hi everyone,
I am permanent resident in Canada. My wife is four month twin pregnant and we really need someone from my family to come visit us from Pakistan to help me and my wife. My wife is a canadian citizen and her family lives in Toronto. I have a Dr note that suggest someone should take care of my wife because Twin pregnancy is considered as HIGH RISK. I got this letter to attach with my visit visa application. Can someone guide me what other documents I should attach with my parents visa application. I want my mother and father to come visit me. Can someone tell what are the chances of getting visa? I applied for my mother's visit visa 2 years ago and it got rejected due insufficient travel history and no strong ties with Pakistan. Three years ago (2011) my father visited me on visit visa. Reason of his visit was to attend my university convocation. Will his travel history help my mother's visit visa if I apply for their visa together? As a Pakistani women, my mother does not have any property in her name or any strong bank statement. Will that effect the application? If I have to show my bank statement or proof of fund, how much it should be? My father would be bearing all the expenses of his/her visit. He can easily show 20-25k CDN in his account.
My youngest brother is 21 years old. can I apply for his visit visa alongwith my parents? Should I apply online or paper application. Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you in advance.

True :)
Delay is inevitable. We are talking about a couple of months here, so bundle up.

Hi Diplomatic and everyone,

Is it normal that people after my application and charge are receiving PER? What are the chances after charge? Does PER receiving depends on hot NOC's or it goes as a normal process?

Lot of questions I know..

NOC 0111
Application received 05.11.2014
DD encashed - 12.1.2015
PER - - :o :o :o

'0xxx' applications have a different level of scrutiny at CIO. They are processed by Program Support Officers (managers), so it takes longer to get 'PER'.

5125 is routine. I received it 9 days after cost recovery. CIO is committing human resources for EE processing, so delays are inevitable.
