Hi,

Just want an advise, yesterday i recieved an email from London VO requiring me to submit photo for me and my dependents, because the photo that we submitted in CIO is not as per specification. But i remember i just followed the photo requirements coming from their website before, i dont know why they said it's not from their specification..

Another thing, is it the right time to tell the VO that my wife is 1 month pregnant together with the revised photo that i will submit? or should i wait before the MR will come?

My timeline:
Docs reciept: 29-Sep-14
CC charge: 13-Dec-14
PER recieved: 9-Jan-14
NOC: 2131

Please need advise urgently.

1. Resubmit the photo as per requirement or requested to you by London visa officer
2. No need to tell them about the pregnancy as they will know that after medical received from your doctor.
3. Do tell your doctor about the pregnancy when you entertain medical request from visa office. and take the file along with you as medical history of your wife from your gynecologist.
4. Maintain the file of every test and visit to Gynecologist (That will help you)

I am very sorry to hear about your case.
Unfortunately, The only way to do it now my friend is to apply through EE. FSW 2014 was over on december31st. 2014. Therefore you cannot resubmit your application and missing docs based on FSW 2014. Try EE and I wish you the best of luck.

Yes, you can use CC of ur friend.

It is clearely written below RPRF receipt that Name can be different from the applicant name on receipt.

As some of you would re-call, that i had an issue getting 67-points and specially due to injustic done by WES with my MPhil degree (they declared it equivalent to 3-years bachelor degree of Canada) and because of which i ended up with 21-points for education instead of 23-points, and I submitted two applications:-

1)- First reached on 19th December (education points doubtfull either 21 or 22=> total points 66 or 67)
2)- Second reached on 29th December with new IELTS with points for language 24-points (increased from 19-)
3)- I sent an addendum as well of new IELTS results (extra copy) to be attached to my first applications parcels which was reached as well on 29th December.

Let us assume that CIO will attach my new IELTS result with first application parcel OR CIO will give me 22 points for education then what will happend to my second application.

My NOC is 0113 which is cold NOC and there were only 405-applications total (237+168) as per 16th December update, therefore CAP hopefully will not be an issue.

My both application parcels were DD.

I don't know if CIC attaches addendums with initial applications - I don't recall seein anyone confirming this! Maybe someone whose addendum has been attached/ rejected may be able to confirm.
Also, I think your first application would be returned(not meeting points with NER, as WES report would sacrosanctly be accepted) & second application would be considered.

did they update medicals received on ur ecas?
how long did they take to update?

Still I didn't get any news from my consultant regarding PER. When can I get it brothers and sisters? Very much tensed.

They update medical recieved on 3-12-14.

Though I have all reasons to feel sad for No PPR till date, there are many applicants waiting in the queue ahead of me who have completed their medicals in Sept and Oct.. ??? ??? ??? ???

Till today few PPRs have been issued which covers the applicants with medicals from Sept, Oct and Nov but no regular pattern in issuing PPR has been observed.

So...that is the story..!! : : : : :

Same with me. Application received on sept 25. 0013, DD charged dec 19. No PER or any email yet. Wrote to CIC, no reply. Called up helpline, they said they aren't mandated to give out such info. Finally, after a few calls, got through an agent who listened patiently and gave out my UCI no. So without any email, now I can track on eCAS which says my app is in process. Nothing in junk, trash email either as I check regularly. So I would say tell your friend to keep calling the helpline till he succeeds.

I also got my medicals done on 29 jan 2015 and I took the completion confirmation from the clinic that it was uploaded on 2 feb 2015 but there is still no update on ecas of medicals received

I think after medicals and pcc there is another round of back ground checks due to which there is no certain time frame for ppr after meds

You need to raise CSE to your visa office informing them of your marriage. They will then request for marriage certificate, your wife passport page, fee and some other form to fI'll. But please notify them now
