Manish, your frustration is very genuine.

But just consider this (personal view):

It is true that it has been 4 months since ur MR but if you will observe, NDVO started to issue PPRs from Dec'14 mid week.

NDVO did not start PPR for anyone before that, may be according to their schedule.

Many applicants who had completed their MRs in Sept or Oct or Nov were issued PPR recently.

So, though you have completed 4 months...but the pre-determined schedule to start with PPRs began from Dec'14 mid-week eventually.

Hence, you should be ready to hear good news anytime from now.

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Jalpan bhai i agree to this ...

but why some guys who filed application later given PPR before ??

and why some guys asked PCC again :-(

Because it's CIC. That's why :)

CIC works on FIFO system to reach its caps,
but when comes to VO, where all the verification/background check is undertaken, it is considered case specific for eg. number of documents to be verified/their supporting documents/proofs, POF history, date of PCC certificate issued, family background, worked at multiple states, number of jobs and its experience declared, etc.

The less documents to verify/scrutinize along with the employment, the more easy process seems at NDVO.

NDVO, is also considering the PP expiry date for main applicant and that with family as well. (from the time of medical test) - this could be one of the factor in their decision, which happened with me.

[size=10pt]Hi Guys,

Have couple for queries, request your help with the same:

1) Once the Medical test are done, in how many months do we have to enter Canada?

2) Once we enter Canada, are we required to stay there for minimum period i.e. what if I wish to come back to my country for couple of months before completely moving to Canada? if yes, how many days?

3) If POF required is 18,200/- than do we need to carry the same amount while entering Canada or it purely is an individual's choice?

4) Is there any employment season i.e. corporates does the major hiring during any particular month?

Thanking you all in anticipation.

Best!

Kalci | my comments below

1. Visa validity counts 1 year from the date of Medical test, so if u r issued visa in may 2015 and medicals done in dec 2014, your visa validity will be till next dec 2015 or till the date of passport expiry which ever is less.
2. Once landed and finished the formalities advisable to get the PR card first, and then plan to come back to native. PR card also has an expiry date mentioned.
3. No mandatory thing to bring the exact amount we showed at the POF form during application. but you need to declare at immigration check if you carry more than $10000.
4. There is no such season, for any employment/job. There are some special part time jobs we can say which arises during some festivals.
