So, I guess FSW2014 candidates should carry the funds as per the new numbers, right?

That too, i believe. Since there is no longer the official link as per the previous numbers..

Friends .. Need one quick advise.. I have pasted the content of my Medical request email body and also from covering letter which was attached to the same email. My question is -

I see below point in the email body
"- Please refer to our website to find out how to obtain a police certificate from the country required: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp"

But I dont see it in the covering letter to submit PCC. However I have submitted PCC along with my application in July itself. Please advice whether I have to furnish PCC again or not required. Please advise ASAP as I am going to post my medicals/rprf details to NDVO today.

I have got below details in my email body

Medical forms and instructions are being emailed to you separately. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY AS THEY HAVE RECENTLY BEEN UPDATED. If you do not receive the separate instructions within 48 hours or if you have any difficulties opening the attached documents, please advise us by reply to this email.

- Please send photocopies of your updated/valid passports (only front and back Bio pages) for all . Please do not send the original passports unless requested to do so.

- Kindly follow the links below for information on payment of fees:

FEE SCHEDULE:

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng

HOW TO PAY:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?lob=proc&cat=perm

- Please refer to our website to find out how to obtain a police certificate from the country required: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

Please comply by the mentioned requirements within 45 days from today.

Below are the details in the covering letter attached to the same email -

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:
 Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination This must be received at this office by: 2015/03/20
 RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee This must be received at this office by: 2015/03/20
(Date format is YYYY/MM/DD)

Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the High Commission at the address indicated below.

PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS

Since you have already sent the PCC along with the application, so no need to worry about not asking the PCC by NDVO.
I am also July applicant and NDV didnt ask the PCC again.

That means you DON'T have to submit PCC again and they accepted ur PCC submitted in July:)....Ex. for my case, the attached PDF letter explicitly stated PCC (in between Medical and RPRF)..Hope this helps...:)

Hi amardeep424. Technically, once you get your PER is when you know your UCI and file number. Using those details you can access ECAS to check status.

amardeep424 said:
For NDVO, does ECAS gets updates first or PPR email comes first?

Hi Pandu123,

You don't need to get PCC if its not asked in your covering letter.
As advised, attach a copy of the letter along with your other documented and send to NDVO.
All the best.

Thanks srvmh !!

I was confused as I see below details in the email body

"- Please refer to our website to find out how to obtain a police certificate from the country required: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp"

So this is just a For Your Information detail and is mentioned in every email NDVO sends (which is copy and paste)

Regards,
Pandu
