It's not a big deal. Middle East apps are processed in London, CIS countries are done by Warsaw and so on. PCCs are mailed overseas. Visa stamping is done at local office.

I am also informed from Poland on Feb 04 and i guess that it is AOR. On Jan 7, I got PER. Sent an email to NDVO on Jan 9 to include my newborn. Got reply from NDVO on Feb 3 to send the needed list of documents which is just a day ahead I received email from Poland. I plan to send the documents to NDVO as advised. Now we have to wait and watch.

It took nearly three months to receive my PER and less than a month the AOR. Therefore, my assumption is that you will receive it withing a month
