Sounds like a good plan. By the way, it looks like your from India but using SGVO as you visa office. Any particular reason for this. NDVO is generally faster than sgvo.

Dear I am living in Singapore from last 5 years. Agree NDVO is much faster.

Hi George, is it possible that CIC will select from FSW 2014 appliction, just to filled up EE?
Or could it be all application has passed to completeness check and CIC is doing batch processing?

To the best of my understanding, you need to send the following for the addition of a new born

1. Updated Generic Application Form
2. Updated Additional Family Information Form for you and your spouse
3. Copy of the passport of the new born
4. Copy of the birth certificate of the new born
5. Demand Drafts of CAD150 towards application fee
6. 6 Photographs of the new born

These are the documents I had sent for the same reason. Also, I had sent these documents a couple of weeks after the PER. By doing that, my new born was already included in my application when I received the medical request. I did not have to ask the VO to send me the details of getting the medical done for the new born.

Thanks and +1

It seems that in the first draw of express entry only few NOCs were selected.
So, it means that in Express Entry system they will be conducted draws based on NOCs. Read below official news of the CIC:-

"First round of Express Entry candidates invited to fill labour market needs and contribute to Canada's economic growth

February 2, 2015 - Ottawa -Canada's Citizenship and Immigration Minister Chris Alexander today announced that the first round of top-ranked candidates from Canada's Express Entry system is already helping to fill demonstrated and verifiable gaps in Canada's labour market.

On Saturday, January 31, 779 skilled workers, including professionals in natural and applied sciences, and industrial, electrical and construction trades, were invited to apply for permanent residency in Canada. Each of these candidates declared that they already have a valid job offer or provincial nomination. "

Regards,George,
Doha,Qatar

It seems the candidates having points around 286 out of 600 had been selected. The only difference is the Valid Job Offer which has weight of 600 points alone makes there points 886 and above.
