2013 stats -

It took 62 days (2 months) on an average between MR (MR and PPR were issued on the same date) and Visa

It took 277 days (9.3 months) on an average between application rcvd and Visa

Since there are very less applications in 2013, NDVO was fast .. but now with thousands of applications processing times may defer

Most of the steps (PER, MR, ECAS updates) are going smooth except PPR.. Hope NDVO issue PPRs for May and June applicants soon
I think its still decent to receive PR in 9 months or so considering the amount of applications

Can anyone please confirm the RPRF amount?

Is it $490 for each applicant in an application i.e. $490 for husband, $490 for wife = $980 Total

OR

Is it $490 for both husband and wife?

$490 per person. So $980 in total for husband and wife.

Nobody has answered me so far....so asking again.
Any ideas what exactly VO does from AOR to MR (60 days NDVO) and MR to PPR (89 days NDVO). My understanding is all security and checks etc are done prior to MR...so why so long (89 days) it takes for PPR after MR? Any ideas, inputs from experience ?

Any one from NDVO who moved to US from India during the application process and has got PPR requesting the passports to be sent to NDVO?
If any of you had raised such a query and got a response from NDVO that we can submit passports to CPC-Ottawa if we are in USA, please let me know.

I have raised multiple case specific enquiries requesting this information to NDVO/CPC-Ottawa but awaiting replies from either of them. I will share the response as soon as I get a reply from them..

however time seems to be running away for me as I have now only ~24 days left to submit passports to NDVO/CPC-Ottawa as per the reply I get.

So if any one is in similar situation and got a reply from NDVO please let me know.

Hi my case is same as yours but I am right now waiting for my mr to come then planning to request ndvo to change my vo just for stamping purpose so that when I receive ppr they will give me a option hopefully.. did u did the same or not?

I got PER today.

NOC: 2281
App Date: 10/11/2014
CC: 09/01/2015
PER: 03/02/2015

I'm still in the hunt ;)

I am expecting the same for my file. I hope CIC is also giving instructions to Warsaw to speed up processing while assigning NDVO files. If not, i think NDVO would be still much faster than WVO.
QUERY: Seniors, pls. suggest, from experience, why time from MR to PPR is 89 days...do they not complete checks and everything prior to MR. I am trying to understand the process between stages.

The only assessment done before MR is selection decision = same review as the one at CIO stage (MI acceptance review). It appears a case officer can handle a limited amount of applications and until she/he has an opening, the file sits at the registry, until it's turn comes. After MR assessments are initiated. When every check is complete file gets in queue for final review by immigration program manager.

There was a discusssion about it and I have sent an email few days back. Still looking forward to get a reply.

I think NDVO takes around 2 weeks to reply. Why dont u call cic and ask them out regarding ur situation
already did that. they suggested me to raise a case spec enquiry at NDVO and CPC.

It seems like all recent recipients of 'PER' from India have been assigned to Warsaw. Looks like CIC are distributing workload among their offices.

Oh man.... i was just about to send an updated schedule A form to NDVO now confused where to send it to or to both VOs

PER recieved on 15 Jan

Hope Warsaw is faster and efficient. In all probability, my App may also be assigned to Warsaw.
Don't want my application to be rejected due to Warsaw VO inefficiency.

i wanted to send an updated Schedule A for, where do recommend I now send it to (since most apps are being transferred to Warsaw) NDVO or Warsaw VO or BOTH..

New Delhi Applicant
PER received on 15 Jan

thanks in advance

You can wait for an AOR from Warsaw to be sure.
