as per my knowledge they dont accept state pcc ... and if you have provided them with proof of applied for other pcc they will definitely wait for same... as this is not the point of rejection. .. they wait for sometime 4 to 5 months

One quick question. So i paid RPRF fee online.. The receipt just shows my name and payment mode and details.

Details like date of birth, Client id no., address etc are empty. Do i need to fill it manually?

I suggest you to fill it and then send it in your VO no harm in filling it.

Hi Friends

Just wanted to share an update. I got my PER on 31st Dec and it was mentioned in the PER mail that my application has been transferred to Dakar, Senegal. Likewise i believe some other members who received their PERs around the same time also reported the same. Then couple of days ago i read a post by one of the member (who had faced the similar situation) that he/she has received an another PER mail which didn't mention any VO and another mail in response to his query (which he sent to CIC earlier) that his VO is NDVO. So i thought that mentioning of application transfer to Dakar must be some sort of system error and my VO will be New Delhi only. Also read a post by Diplomatru that this is due to some SAP error.
But surprisingly today i have received AOR from VO in Warsaw, Poland. So i would assume that CIC is kind of doing the load balancing among various VOs. So cases of New Delhi VO (which is supposedly one having lot of load) are being transferred to other less loaded VOs.

So hopefully members waiting for their application processing at NDVO should look forward to the speedy processing.

To day I got a mail from CPC-O stating that:

Subject: Name - APPLICATION # E000XXXXXX

Dear Mr. Name:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada under FSW category and received at CIO Sydney on September 18, 2014.

Our records indicate that you had also submitted another application previously under the same category - FSW (Application #E000YYYYYY), which was approved. A letter was emailed to you on January 08, 2014 advising you to submit your and your spouse's passports for visa issuance. Accordingly, this application cannot be processed any further. You may either submit a written communication to us within next 30 days to close this application or we would close this file as withdrawn.

Please note: Processing fee paid by you to process this application would not be refunded since this application had passed the Stage I of processing.

Surprisingly, I did not request CPC-O to withdraw my second application. Surprisingly they recognized the second application (E000XXXXXX - received at CIO Sydney on September 18, 2014) and asking me to request to close the application. I just replied CPC-O to close this application.

It's ridiculous that CIC assigned recent NDVO files to the slowest VO.

Your Client ID is sufficient.. imagine a person has 2 or 3 dependents .. its impossible to fit all UCIs (4 to 5) in the small box .. The main purpose of Online payment receipt is mainly for Receipt Number, so that they can cross verify whether the payment is successful and they received it .. So primary applicant UCI is just fine ..

Others please correct me if I am wrong

When I login the application status on cic shows " In process". Till now I have received only PER (Dec19). Will I receive the mail regarding AOR (London) or directly the Med. Request?

Book an appointment with Physician for Medical Examination. Prior to test you will have to declare on form whether you are pregnant or not. Mention that you are pregnant and Physician will take care of rest. Everything expect X-ray will be done. X-ray will be kept on hold until your delivery. Going for X-ray is in your choice. I would suggest not to take any risk that can harm your baby.

Don't worry about IELTS and PCC's.

I am expecting the same for my file. I hope CIC is also giving instructions to Warsaw to speed up processing while assigning NDVO files. If not, i think NDVO would be still much faster than WVO.
QUERY: Seniors, pls. suggest, from experience, why time from MR to PPR is 89 days...do they not complete checks and everything prior to MR. I am trying to understand the process between stages.
