Year 2012- Application returned as NOC Cap filled. Late by 5 days
Year May-2014- Application send again for FSW for 3 NOC. Wait...Wait..Wait...
Year Oct -2014 -All returned as incomplete for a stupid mistake of mentioning 3 NOC in Schedule 3 form. :-[
Year Oct -2014- Resend all the 3 application with the correction Wait....Wait...Wait.... ???
Year 5th Jan 2015- Ting..Ting.. Your CC has been debited by ****$ by CIC... ;D

Finally with blessing of the Almighty Allah........I have received my PER today ..... ., that too 2 PER's.......
They say, " Uppar Wala Jab Bhi Deta Deta Chappar Phadke....." . It has been a very painful wait of almost 14 years . Was very young and a Bachelor at that time .All my friends and family who had applied with me at that time had passed through and settled in canada 8 yrs back . Always wondered Why not me ?, but never lost faith in myself..
