I received PER via email but my sister (from Canada) is representing me (I m in India) and it is her correspondence address given. So, still confused how AOR, MR etc will be received?

When possibly I can expect PPR after this?.LVO...any idea

CSE is the best way. I advice you not to keep sending email to NDVO, you raised a query let them reply.

You wont receive AOR from NDVO. If you have provided email id in IMM008 (Generic Form ) then you will receive every communication via Email, if not then via mail. Hope this helps.

Yes NDVO doesn't not issue AOR this time. Next will be second line update that "We started processing..." and then MR & RPRF. On an average PA receives MR in 60 days from PER date. Sometimes it may take longer as well.
