@ Airbird84, I have checked my ECAS status using the UCI given to me because I was issued a Canadian working visa before. When I typed that UCI number, it says in process, we have received your application on NOvember 19, 2014.

Ok, I have realised now that you have had UCI Continuing to wait for PER))

Finally after several try ...got my UCI number from a lovely lady from CIC............... it says in process.....by clicking on it.............we have received your application for permanent residence on 20th October 2014

haven't received PER though.....what does it mean?

When i shared this news with my consultant....he got furious..........saying" If u do all correspondence, then what are we for? this is going to hamper my reputation "

What reputation. Don't panic so much these consultants are cheats. Don't believe them. There are many members on this forum who called CIC & got UCI. There is nothing to worry. you will get your PER soon. So just relax and party. And congrats.

Can u please share d num through which u contacted cic

+16139444000...............then follow the instruction.........when it asks for ur UCI...dont type anything....listen to 3 times....it will transfer ur call to an agent...if u r lucky.....u get a friendly agent and get ...otherwise u have to try ur luck several times

Dear Dreamcanada,
Your consultant is good for nothing... he gets furious because he incompetence has come to fore... You have done his duty...
If he is getting furious, you should give back to him... Just cancel the use of representative and no need to give further installment....
You have done nothing wrong.....
