Im a sept 2014 applicant and I sent an email inquiry to cio regarding the status of my application. Yesterday, I received a reply from them:

Hi,

When did you send your email inquiry? Your file should gone through by now. Have you been charged or DD encashed? Co'z recent progress, December are getting charged and PER's are given to October applicants.

I have similar timelines as yours.. You are not alone .. 24-Jul application date and PER on 18-Nov .. Still waiting for 2nd line and MR.. There are many July applicants still waiting for 2nd line and MR..
so follow what says in your profile name "never back down"

Hello ALL I have an urgent question I am from Pakistan and applied for skilled worker in May 2014 and I had also received PER. But today I have received another email stating that I have to attend an Interview In Abu Dhabi in March. Is this normal I mean If I am in Pakistan why can't they take the interview in Islamabad. Why are they calling me to Abu Dhabi and is this something to worry about.

With you all the best. Be confident you will pass the interview.
Because they only conduct the interview in order to validate the person is genuine in all what he has written in his documents. So just it is rehearsal of what you are already doing.

Unfortunately, for most of the Pakistani applicants there are several interview calls to attend the interview in Abu Dhabi. But don't' worry several Pakistani applicant have already passed the interview as well and in fact there is zero interview failure report.

Confirming the points meet 67? NOC is matching?

There are the main things. And sometimes they at this stage as well do the fraud detection by making telephone call to the work place to verify that person's companies are genuine and he is in reality working there.
Rest is only to verify that ECA report is genuine and exist online and also IELTS result are visible online and verifiable.

So, it is mainly verification of the genuineness of the documents as well job.

I believe the coming days would carry good news for December applicants.
the latest CC enchashment on the sheet on on 26/1 was for 3/12 files
27/1 went without any reported updates while 28/1 came with a pleasant update which is encashing two files, one is 5/12 and the other is [size=10pt]12/12[/size].

Could you please share who is the 12th December applicant who got charged. Because as far as I have followed the forum CIO has charged applicants till 5th of December,2014.

If CIO has charged till 12th of December,then it is really a good news and an evidence that CIO is in full swing to exhaust all applications of FSWP2014.

Really that is extremely surprising. How your application can be in the Que for such a long time without even charging whereas the December applicants are being charged. But you should not worry as far as application is with CIO so there is expectation of good news. Maybe staff reviewing files of your NOC is slow and taking longer time to review because of which Que of your application is not getting exhausted.

Hi Friends ,

I have recieved MR 1 week back , July 10th applicant.
My wife is Pregnant and expected Date of delivery in Mid of May-2015.
I have completed My Medicals but my wife medicals haven't been done sice X-Ray is part of the medicals and i dont want to take X ray now.
I have taken deffer letter from Daignostic Center
So my question is will the entire file will be "on Hold" or only my wife's application will be "on Hold".
