Hello Seniors,

I had applied under NOC2172 on 14 October and later i found that my credit card will expire on December 31 as I was given with a new card. So I again sent the application package on December 2 with the new credit card information under the same NOC.

My first application got charged in my old CC on December 18 and I am waiting for my PER on this. So i kept my credit card balance much lesser than 550 CAD just to make sure that the second one is not getting charged. Today morning CIC tried to deduct money for the second application and got declined due to insufficient funds.

I thought that CIC will find out that the second one is a duplicate application since another one is already in the system with same NOC and details. Does this mean my first one is in trouble? I am very much tensed as the days are passing and no PER.

Please help me with your thoughts.

You could have sent 100 applications, and CIC would charge the fee for every single one of them if they were found eligible.

Dear Friend, rcvd yet an other vague reply from NDVO. They sent me UCI'S and asked to get examinations done. But not mentioned where to go for :-[ :-X :'( ???

Even UCI is not necessary to have meds done. They will create upfront file and later merge it with your MR.

I would not attend BRO unless and until I get PPR ...

These are just my thoughts .. No enthusiasm without PPR now

I know buddy.. and I can completely understand your point of view..but imagine if NDVO sends the PPR very late, and you have only 2-3 months to land..it will be very difficult to get proper direction and do research in that time...

If you have got the 3rd line updated and you do not have a criminal record, there is a very good chance you will get the VISA so do not get discouraged

@ Palak : As days go by....mind is losing control over feelings of getting PPRs quickly...bad sign..!

Hi forumites im cant stop worrying, im checking my ecas all day to c if I can regain access, last week I rec my AOR n access to my ecas satating 'IN PROCESS' Today I can no longer gain access. I just hope its not rejection.

Thanks Diplomatru for your views. but any idea why my PER is getting delayed? almost everyone whose cc charged on Dec18 got PER way back. even the same NOC.

i am planning to call them up today and try to get my UCI if there is any.

You got PER. You will get Medicals.
I know its tough and your mind is unstable.
Get into some adventure clubs our mountaineering. You will make friends and enjoy. Time will pass by quickly.
The only thing you need to do is make a choice and all things will automatically set for you, as same as they have been set for PR.
