With joy in my heart, I annouce receipt of the much awaited PER!!!! I'm sooooooo overwhelmed. God's faithfuness is definitely not negotiable!!!

Here's wishing everyone positive news all the way, IJMN.

God bless you all.

When does CIC change ECAS status to "In process"?

After eligibility review or before eligibility review (after completeness check)?

Thanks

"In Process" in most of cases directly means that you will get PER shortly.
But in very rare cases despite of "In Process", one of the officer might object on any of the aspect of the application and issue the NER and in such an unfortunate situation the wording "In Process" will be removed from your ECAS and you will simply be sent NER. That is the reason I always mention on the forum that "In Process" means 99% PER with 1% probabity of getting NER.

But i wish that you will not fall in such an unfortunate situation and get the PER.

Wish you all the best.

Go to following link: http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/panel-doctors/
You can browse by countries and find the relevant info. Most of the doctors are also in CIC panel (http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx)

For doctors doing eMedical, you will find an "e" beside their name (Top Right Corner).

Thanks
