i am 4th july applicant. per recieved 28th oct. my question is after reciving per my wife travel outside india and still she is there. we did not inform cic regarding that. now my second line updated on 22 jan. what should we do now ?

I have a question for everyone, after your CC get charged, is the probability of getting NER that high, based from people who have applied before? Thank you very much to whoever who will reply.

Probability to get Ner is very slim. I haven't done the maths but from reading the forum I think 99% of applicants get Per after CC charge. Therefore your chances of also getting Per are high.

I have not received the passport request but I am working in Saudi Arabia have applied via NDVO
so I want to make sure when I get passport request if there is any time frame and how much time does the pr stamping take
so that I can plan to take my leave accordingly
I have received medical request and which will be sent via emedical system so I am just taking precautionary measures in gathering info about passport request so that I can plan to apply for leave at work accordingly

Is there a time frame in which the passport is to be given to the Visa Office
also is the passport directly submitted to the NDVO or thru vfs office in Nehru place?

I guess you have to submit it within 30 days.
And it must be submitted through the VFS.
Did you get the PPR?

You might get it in 10 days. That is as per the SS.

Hi Everyone,

My friend application reached CIC on October 22, 2014. He applied under 1114. His credit card has not been charged till today.
Application received at CIC: October 22, 2014
Days received till today: 97 days
He has sent an email to CIC to know about the status of his application. Is this delay normal? If not what course of action you people advise?

My application is for me, my spouse and our baby daughter. For the RPRF do I have to pay for all 3 of us or just me and my spouse?

Received PPR mail today . 4th line got updated yesterday. When can I expect my passport back if I send it through VFS today? Also, is there any possibility to submit it in person in Delhi and receive the same from Delhi itself? How much time it takes?

I have to travel to States and my family has to go for their L2, all this has coincided together , just want to know exact timelines.

I have no clue on whats happening in my case. Even the 3rd line is not updated as of today.

Since its been a month now after submitting the PP is it worth sending an email now to SGVO for checking the status??
Feeling very frustrated and scared. I know one or 2 more applicants have a similar situation. I was told that there may be some background verification going on.

Does anyone have any information?

I just received my notes today

I got those through CAIPS Access <caips.access @ gmail.com>its run by Manmeet Sibal it costed 20$ only
