hi,
there is one thing that is confusing to all applicants which is processing time for each LVO. looking at the forum and SS it looks like it is taking the same timeline on average from 5 months to 10 months for all applicants no matter what country they are from. if it is that case, so why is CIC talking about different processing times. check the link to understand what I am talking about: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp
Somebody could give here his/her thought?

Dear friends,

Is it true that if for example CAP is full on some particular date all applications from that date will be accepted?
For example if we have 10 applications from Sep 2 and on the 7th application the cap has become 1000 the remaining 3 applications from the same date will be IN?

There is no exact answer. It may vary. But as we can see there are few August applicants already got MR, so you may expecting your MR within a short time. Nowadays, people are receiving MR within 10-15 days after adding second line to their ECAS. But this may vary from person to person.

does paying via credit card include a surcharge fee or any other similar service charges?

Depends on the bank CC you are using. Certain cards do not have Service charge or Surcharge. Call the customer service once before making the payment

Yes there is a transaction fee depending on your bank. This surcharge will be deducted from your credit card but paid to the bank issuing this credit card not to CIC or LVO. This is a fee mainly for international transactions. Some banks charge a flat fee while others it is a % and a varies depending on the amount.

does cic sends PER email to your consultant (if you have) or directly to my email address?

Hi,
That's the average over a no. of years..after 2010...For example, say for NDVO- Avg Processing times is 22 months....even though some FSW-2014 applicants have already had their process completed in 7-8 months....but on the other hand some FSW 2010/11/12/13 applicants are still waiting...for them the total time taken has already crossed 36 months without MR :o..check this thread for intance->

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/2010-applicants-who-are-still-stuckplz-join-this-thread-t266663.0.html

Honestly we are lucky that our process is moving so fast....it'd have been insane to be stuck in the earlier years' applications.... :P

buddy your up next, i think they kind of rushed a few apps because of the republic day holidays

well i dont think theres any fee charged by the bank as they already charge the conversion rates and other bank charges for loading the forex in CAD, the only problem is if it is charged from the immigration sites side
