now i wish to apply for study visa to germany...
Is my PR application would create any problem in my study visa if I would reveal my PR app information to germany immigration

yes when you get per and your file transferred to visa office you should update them by the new situation and address as well

Please help me. I sent my application under 2172 on dec 12 2015 and today I got the package back because I did not include my education credentials with ECA report. With returned package I got mailing labels. Does that means I can send the package back with education credentials ??

Sorry bro you can't send it back again as FSWP-2014 has ended on 31 December. You can Apply in Express Entry.

Bro Ratingcrady, you handled it well. Hope you have a speedy PR. just a couple of random thoughts: I'm a 0013 applicant myself, but my wife qualifies for 1123, so we did a bit of research on the NOC prior to deciding which one of us should apply. On the face of it, it does seem like 1123 is meant for marketing Professionals with an agency background, because this is what they have emphasised upon in the lead statement as well the JDs. The core difference between working at a corporate environment and an agency setup is that for a corporation, you are marketing a product or service, Gwhereas for an agency, you are marketing an 'idea'. Thus the core competence required for a marketing professional for 1123 is selling 'ideas' rather than products. This may seem like splitting hair to most, but marketing ladies and gentlemen would understand the difference Best of luck for your remaining process.

Finally my interview date came today.

What can i tell you about this experience?

Reached embassy at 9.30. Interview was scheduled for 10.30.

20 people sitting at reception.
Important- Mobiles are kept outside, No parking available for cars or other vehicles.

Anyway, i am called in a room at 10.05 itself.

Il refer visa officer as VCO now.

Vco greets me, asks me if i nervous. I replied that i was a bit nervous and would not mind having water. He told me to go out and get it from cooler. I thanked him.

Came back, he started asking about JD. He never told me the reason for interview.

I told him about JD for current company.

Important point is to keep it short and simple. No need to elaborate more than required.

We moved to my previous companys. I told him the similarities and differences between current jd and older jds.
He started reading the lead statement.

He told me that he was Ok with my JD BUT matter of fact is that lead statement is not matching my designation.

I asked him to elaborate.

He told me that lead statement says that these professional are employed by agencies.

He told me that you are employed by product or services company but not by media, ad, pr agencies.

I debated with him over the fact that marketing managers define what agencies have to do for their companies.

He insisted that you are fit for a diff NOC but not this as you DO NOT WORK IN AN AGENCY.

I told him a very simple thing- I MIGHT BE FIT FOR ANOTHER NOC BUT IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT I DO NOT FIT HERE AS WELL. I DO 80% DUTIES, LEAD STATEMENT IS 50% MATCHING, I DO NOT SEE WHY I AM NOT FIT FOR 1123. I TOLD HIM THAT THERE IS A REASON DUE TO WHICH GOVT. OF CANADA HAS MENTIONED LEAD STATEMENT AND DUTIES SO YOU CAN NOT SAY THAT I DONT FOT HERE AS WELL.

He kept his stand and i stood on my stand.
We debated in length about this only.

VERDICT OF VCO- I have listened to what you have said, at this time i can not judge your case. I need time of upto 4 weeks to get back to you about my decision. I can neither reject or approve.

I asked him if i could give him more info with which he can process my file faster.

Vco said i have all info which is necessary, i have to think only.

He then asked me who is with me, i told him that my wife had accompanied me.

He asked me if i would want him to meet her. I told him that it is his call. Then he asked me about her, basic things though. Finally he said please call her.

When she came in, he cross verified everything i had told him about her.

He never looked at 300 documents i took with me. So i told him that i need to submit some docs.

He said please do.

I gave him pcc, revised pof, revised ref letters etc.

He accepted my pcc as well.

Final statement by voc - let me take my time. I appreciate how you were forthcoming and how you spoke.
I thanked him and moved out of the office.

Total duration 45 mins.

I can and will all answer any queries by fellow forumites. Pls feel free.

My gut feel- Nothing as such, i l wait.

Searching for the reason for delay in PPR on google.. I come across lot of linkedin profiles of Case officer, analyst of Canada High Commission NVDO....

Looking at the PPR flow what I have observed is:

NDVO is updating 4th line in bulk and within few days (may be a month) they issue PPR for those guys having 4th line update.

But what seems to be little depressive is, NDVO is updating DM status for few applicants only and then after goes in sleeping mode.

So, lets wait to get DM status update first and then wish to get PPR soon.

Anyone here, if gets update on DM status, please please please report in the forum.

Came across this post on another thread..look at this...

Hi guys! I have weird situation with my medical examination process. I had exam in november 2014, and doctor said she will call me if anything is wrong in max 2 weeks. My ecas updated to medical received after 15 days after results were sent to cic. But,last week doctor called me to come and discuss results, and she showed me that they found blood in urine and i had to go for serum creatinine and another urine test. Funny thing is, she never told me that until today which i dont understand why but ok, and also , my ecas updated to medical received and cic is not sending medical furherance, but doctor said that shes not sure why i haven't received med. furherance from cic. Can anyone give suggestion on this situation??? Thanks in advance

Anything can happen it seems....Note the applicant had Ecas updated as 'Medicals have been received'
