wow... just been only 1 day in this forum and learnt a lot. why why didn't I see this before... whyyyy...
anyway, many thanks to all the contributors. And I have a question for the experts...
Should we apply for new express entry scheme even our 2014-December applications are still pending?
Will that be a violation of any rules? (Having signed up for one scheme and applying again for another before getting a response from the former)
By the way considering they are still going through end of Nov files, it might take another month for them to complete all Dec apps. By that time January draw will be over.
Also on the side note, do you think there is any chance under new scheme for those who do not have a job offer?
(I guess they give more than 50% of the new points if u have a job offer making very slim chances for those who are without an offer, to come to the top at the draw)

What do you think guys?

hi all...
my points are on border line 67 points...
i sent my wife's ielts score to make it 72 to avoid risk...
but she is not accompanying me in my application...
any advise for my point.. would it be 67 or 72..
any suggestion...

If you have provided her original IELTS copy considering passing the marks per each test, you will have guaranteed +5points.

If you don't mind, you mean to say you indicate that your spouse is not coming with you in Canada? But from what i know you still need to placed in your application all her information detail. In you also need her to undergo Medicals when the time VO requires them..

I have a question about the PER. I am just charged. I am 2172. Whether every people who get charged will get PER successfully? In which case will get NER? What is the proportion of NER?

Looking at the PPR flow what I have observed is:

NDVO is updating 4th line in bulk and within few days (may be a month) they issue PPR for those guys having 4th line update.

But what seems to be little depressive is, NDVO is updating DM status for few applicants only and then after goes in sleeping mode.

So, lets wait to get DM status update first and then wish to get PPR soon.

Anyone here, if gets update on DM status, please please please report in the forum.

No brother..it will definitely not be a violation...you can go ahead and apply as many people are doing....

If you choose to create an Express Entry profile and are invited to apply, you will be required to submit a new application for permanent residence and the associated processing fees."
