wow... just been only 1 day in this forum and learnt a lot. why why didn't I see this before... whyyyy...

anyway, many thanks to all the contributors. And I have a question for the experts...

Should we apply for new express entry scheme even our 2014-December applications are still pending?
Will that be a violation of any rules? (Having signed up for one scheme and applying again for another before getting a response from the former)

By the way considering they are still going through end of Nov files, it might take another month for them to complete all Dec apps. By that time January draw will be over.

Also on the side note, do you think there is any chance under new scheme for those who do not have a job offer?
(I guess they give more than 50% of the new points if u have a job offer making very slim chances for those who are without an offer, to come to the top at the draw)

I am sure you will get it shortly buddy... Probably this week itself... NDVO has started sending PPRs...

my points are on border line 67 points...
i sent my wife's ielts score to make it 72 to avoid risk...
but she is not accompanying me in my application...
any advise for my point.. would it be 67 or 72..

Hi Seniors,

Please advise on my scenario.

I applied for FSW in May 2014 and selected visa office Singapore.
I got email from Singapore visa office on 27th October 2014 to do my medical and in the same email they asked to submit following:
1- missing Police Certificate
2- RPRF (Fee demand draft)
3- Original Passports for the whole family

They gave me 30 days for all this, but as I had some official travel and some personal vacation plan, I requested extension. So they gave me time till end of december 2014.
I did medicals for the whole family in November and then submitted the Passports along with other documents on 23rd December.
My online status has third line saying Medical Results have been received (2014-11-04)

Now its almost a month and hevent heard anything from Visa Office, while I see that people on this forum have reported that they usually get back passports with visa within 2 weeks max.

So any idea on what might have caused delay in my case?
