Nothing is impossible but there must be a reason for such. Is it bcos Canada is too cold for ur friend or his landing is dangerous to people living in Canada? Pls confirm the reason cos VO will not go that far issuing visa and putting a call across when they have his/her email which has been the primary medium of communication prior the visa issuance (except CIC/VO has been communicating with him/her on phone all this while). I somehow see the call not real.

Personally, i will advise her confirm d authenticity of the call if truly it's from CIC.

Looking forward to ur response and feedback on this.

Dear all,
A friend of mine got his visa 2 weeks ago. He received a phone call from CIO telling he still cannot land in Canada. Have you seen such thing before? Any idea?

Dear All,
Any news regarding NOC-4011?
I'm going to apply in Express Entry today, is it a correct decision? (As Im 2nd December applicant and this NOC has stopped charging since 12th December 2014)..
Senior put some light on this question. I am eagerly waiting for your expert suggestions.

Thanks

You can go ahead and apply for the EE 2015. Your normal FSW 2014 application will process as per usual time line. No effect on the FSW 2014 due to EE2015 application.

Only thing is that if you are selected for EE 2015, you will be asked to Pay the application fee which you might already paid for FSW 2014 by that time. Anyway, the EE 2015 process explanation in their website sounds very fast like 6 months.

Made online payment for RPRF fees using credit card. However, there are blank fields on the receipt that say date of birth, address, client identifier no. etc. Do I need to fill these by hand before sending the receipt to NDVO ?

Thanks for sharing this. Valuable information! +1

Hi,

Thank you for the commendation. Due to Canada's access to information law (ATIP) the Government is required to disclose all non-restricted information to the public. Consequently, CIC routines can be researched by reading their Operations bulletins readily available on their website. Apart from that I used to work for the government of my home country in a related sphere, so I know a thing a two about pencil-pushing, which doesn't differ much on the global scale ::)

It's not necessary. For fastest service forward it to NDVO by email.

Thanks a lot friend. +1 for your thoughts.
Could you explain a bit about background check ? based on the discussion we had over here, it appears all company experience are verified before medical check checkup. A friend of mine was asked to submit a explanation for a specific degree ( 2011 applicants , This degree was used to claim 2 point for dependents) after the medical as CIC was not able to verify them.

Does it mean that CIC request background check even without verifying a person credentials.

Let me know your understandings

hi everyone,

i am applying with my family, will the process be longer?

Generally no, unless there is some medical or security issue with the dependant.
