Application Update:

My ECAS status went live today ;D ;D ;D

I was checking the tool everyday since my CC was charged, and it used to throw that "We cannot identify you" message!

However, today I was able to login and its shows "In Progress" upon clicking which it says "We received your application for permanent residence on November 4, 2014."

Seniors - please advice when can i expect PER mail?

Can somebody pls confirm- when is the 2nd line updated, after the background checks are done?
And what is the next step to it?

I am a little confused as i got my PER on 16th Dec and there has been no action post that.

In my opinion, the second line is added when you get 67 points or more from the evaluation of your local visa office. Your document may appear to be genuine and satisfying to your visa officer.

However, Addition of the second line does not mean that your BG and Security checks are over.

Payment mode: DD (Encased status not known tried to call bank but staff on leave)
Does this means PER? I have yet to receive mail. I am sooooooooooooo happy now the wait begins.

You can check your ECAS status using your UCI number (if you have one from previous app/visa)
