Hi Kamaljeet,

I am also NOC 2172 applicant with App received date 5-Nov and CC charge date 8-Jan. So to answer your questions:

1. Is there a way to track my application as it's almost 1.5 months now?
You gotta wait for at least 2 months to get CC charged or DD encashed.
2. Is there will be any issue if NOC is not my current job but I have worked earlier in that role?
If you job duties match the NOC and if you have at least 1 year work experience in the same, you should be OK
3. What is the approx time to check with bank whether DD is en-cashed or not?
You can visit the branch from which you got the DD made and try to get the status of the same after at least 2 months of app received at CIC
4. Is there any other way to find out status of application before getting PER email?

I had dispatched my application and as per DHL it was delivered on 4th December 2014 at 11:55 AM. I have applied under 2172 NOC even though it was not my current job profile but it fall under 10 years slab. I have following queries:

1. Is there a way to track my application as it's almost 1.5 months now?
2. Is there will be any issue if NOC is not my current job but I have worked earlier in that role?
3. What is the approx time to check with bank whether DD is en-cashed or not?
4. Is there any other way to find out status of application before getting PER email?
