When is it practically possible to apply job in canada.? After PER? or MR?
I have seen a few members who have succeeded in getting a job in canada from offshore. so just thought of trying

Theoretically - neither!

You get the PR, you land in Canada and then you start applying.

Having said that, arranged employment can happen anytime regardless of which stage your FSW application is currently in. But that totally depends upon the availability of such an Employer and if they are able to justify the need for it and off-course if you are able to meet the employment requirements; all of this to happen behind a giant spectrum of "luck".

What does this mean? Is it a good sign or not?Is there anyone with such experience in this forum?
