After 89 days I received my MR, they gave me 30 days to complete my medical and PCC's. I have completed my PCC's except for my UAE PCC that I submitted to the UAE consulate here in Jeddah on Oct. 25,2014 but there is no result until now.
Can I submit initially my available documents and PCC's and give an explanation letter concerning my UAE PCC while waiting for my UAE PCC?
RPRF = 490 CAD? Kindly confirm

I received PER mail on 16-jan, but it does not ask for the PCC docs. In fact, mail explicitly states not to send any more documents, unless asked for.

Can any one please let me know when is PCC asked for?

You cannot check ECAS without UCI.. Which date applicant are you.? If you are Sept or Oct applicant you can try getting UCI number from CIC call centre .. And check the status ..

Greetings! My final destination is Ottawa but my flight will go through like DHAKA- HK- TORONTO- OTTAWA ( Cathay pacific) . So my immigration, first landing, Baggage checks will be done at Toronto or Ottawa?
My ticket is confirmed upto Ottawa (Toronto to Ottawa flight is via Westjet).

If my Immigration, Baggage checks are done by CBSA at TORONTO PEARSON then who will put my luggage in Ottawa bound flights? So far I have heard that the TOR- OTTAWA flight is in another terminal i.e: Domestic Airport. Is it WESTJET those who will collect my Luggage or its my duty to do the Luggage Check and then go to Domestic terminal with my own??? Please share your experience.

I'm a may 5th applicant. I have got the PER and got my second line updated on Sept 8th. However I haven't received any communication for my MR yet.
After waiting for 3 months, I sent a Case Specific Enquiry on December 15th, but I have received no reply for that as well.

Kindly help me out,something seems off.

At this stage, there is no need of pcc, they asked you pcc with the medical request(next email). so wait at least for two months(50 to 60 days) for that request. so it is better to have your pcc in that period so apply pcc if you not have at this moment.
all the best for speedy mr ,pcc and rprf request.
