Not able access ECAS

Hi,

I got my PER mail on 17th Jan but when I am checking my ECAS then it is saying "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided". The family name/surname in my passport is Not Applicable and I tried with the same in ECAS and tried with my surname and complete name as well but unable to access.

Could anyone suggest the solution?

Regards
Abhinav

Hi All,

I understand that we need to notify local visa office about any significant health changes after we receive the visa and before landing. But the question is about the "significant" - Do we have any definition for this.
My wife has eye sight (+3) and would like to undergo LASIK to get rid of her spectacles before we land in Canada. Do we need to inform local visa office about this?

Thank you,
Rakesh.

Those who like to check what cic check during urine analysis, please check the following

For female customers RBC occassional or +1 or +2 counts are quite normal and they don't ask for a micro or dipstick
