In one of the threads i read some guy received call from VO after VISA stamping that don't land in canada until further notice! Whats happening


In this case, I think they check duties before issuing PER and then before starting PROCESS at Visa office. Why would they even evaluate his NOC again at a stage where BG checks are supposed to be happening? I think there is some miscommunication between your friend and you. Please confirm when your friend gets official letter from VO.

One of my friends' application was rejected after MR & RPRF...
reason given - duties not matching the NOC !!!!

thanks buddy.

adding your spouse wont cause any delays. you will only have to pay her immigration fees, rprf, her PCC and her medicals have to be done.

now PCC verification and background security and criminality checks can take upto 2 months on avg. fees payment doesn't take any time, u can just pay them online as instructed by lvo or send them DD. medicals are also done in 2 weeks avg time.

so all in all....it will delay the case on around 4 months on avg. since u will inform lvo, lvo will ask to submit docs, u will submit them, then they will do processing, the most time consuming thing is PCC verification and background checks, then they will ask for rprf and mr or they can do it all together (pcc,rprf,mr).

one thing I don't know, u can check it, if spouse is added then is it necessary to submit his/her IELTS or not? cos if u add spouse as dependent at time of sending app then his/her ielts is necessary and a must requirement to send along app. now I don't know if spouse is added later on then they demand his/her ielts or not. logically and based on immigration criteria they should demand it, so u check it, get confirmation, and get your spouse done with ielts earlier in order to save time. if she has already done it then its fine.

Do you think delay will take the process to end of 2015.. because i really dont mind if it does.. It will give my wife more time to complete her studies . Hey i need to tell VO after getting MR request that now my status has changed. Right? so MR will come in june maybe i think and then if we put wife on it it will move it to november to december. what yout think ?
IELTS i asked few people and they said that your wife may not need of IELTS score. But I cannot be sure who to ask it now if you dont know either. Because you are very experienced.

Dear all, would like to share with u that I got fourth line updated on the ecas today, just checked the status now
instead of in process, now it shows decision made.my vo is london
timeline is as follows
app received 20th may
Per 7th september
Mr, rprf 7th november
medicals done 17th november
pcc request 7th December
pcc received by vo 9th january
3rd line update on ecas 17th january
4th line update on ecas 18th January

now waiting for PPR mail. Thanks to almighty god.
