Dear Friend
You are the best. you explained each thing so perfectly.. I really appriciate your time and effort to help others. :) :) :) :)
Mate I would take her with me but I cannot as she is currently in MS studies which will complete next year INSHALLAH. She thought to complete her degree after marriage maybe. Its important that she completes it because she also want to work in CA.
Well so can I take her with me and after a month she returns to complete it and stay in the country till then. Later Il again send her ticket.
BTW any idea how much it will delay process?
Thanks again man
:)

thanks buddy.

adding your spouse wont cause any delays. you will only have to pay her immigration fees, rprf, her PCC and her medicals have to be done.

now PCC verification and background security and criminality checks can take upto 2 months on avg. fees payment doesn't take any time, u can just pay them online as instructed by lvo or send them DD. medicals are also done in 2 weeks avg time.

so all in all....it will delay the case on around 4 months on avg. since u will inform lvo, lvo will ask to submit docs, u will submit them, then they will do processing, the most time consuming thing is PCC verification and background checks, then they will ask for rprf and mr or they can do it all together (pcc, rprf,mr).

one thing I don't know, u can check it, if spouse is added then is it necessary to submit his/her IELTS or not? cos if u add spouse as dependent at time of sending app then his/her ielts is necessary and a must requirement to send along app. now I don't know if spouse is added later on then they demand his/her ielts or not. logically and based on immigration criteria they should demand it, so u check it, get confirmation, and get your spouse done with ielts earlier in order to save time. if she has already done it then its fine.

good luck and have a speedy process.

Do you think that person behaving in such an irresponsible manner should not be exposed! I don't think so.
Such type of people must be exposed so that others also beware of them. Therefore I consider it my ethical and moral responsibility to expose such a person who is using abusive language, so that at least forum moderators or administrators ban him and delete his profile. Even i have reported it to moderators. Hopefully they would have already banned him because I did not hear any response from him.
This person is the culprit issuing -1 to several forum members and all of them complained about him although they continued to support each other. Same shall I do.

relax man, we don't waste time on useless things and useless people, just ignore them and concentrate on your efforts of helping others. don't worry for these -1s. they are real stars on your uniform :D

Help Help Help

NOC 0111
APP date 07/10/2014
CC Charged 17/12/2014
PER 14/01/2015
NDVO
Please help in:-

1) Joined new organization on 16th December'14, Where and how to inform CIC?
Response:- USE case specific enquiry site to update. Upload new joining letter or appointment letter. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi&_ga=1.79749655.188796036.1410796629
2) PCC received on 15th Oct'14, not sent with application. Is the same is valid?? If yes, can I send the same now?
Response :- you can submit PCC when your Medicals request mail will hit your ail box. Don't send separately. The same will take arounf 60 days maximum. Assuming you an Indian. In India PCC is valid for a year. When it required to submit to CIC, it should be valid atleast for 3 months at that time. So, would suggest to submit when your medicals request comes.
3) Although I got better designation but My role is changed slightly in new organization. Is this will impact my profile??
Response:- IT will not at all effect your application status. Because marks has already been calculated and you are eligible.

4) Do i need to arrange job responsibility from new employer also?? Not required, as marks are already been calculated.

Please suggest

Pls find response above in red.

Dear seniors,

what kind of illness can cause rejection?

any illness that is costly to treat like any type of cancer, HEP B, HEP C, TB.......any disease that can spread or have potential to spread like Congo, Dengue............any disease that can cause complications in later life like Diabetes type 2 or 3, AIDS, HIV........

got frightened ? :D relax buddy. being over weight or having spectacles or on some minor medication is not a concern. even people with previous TB history have successfully secured PR. good luck.

Give your friend's Canadian mailing address to the immigration officer for the delivery of PR Card during landing formalities.

PR card will be mailed at your friend's address in due course of time, then your friend can courier you the PR card by DHL or UPS at your international address.

Also keep some new photos as per pr card photo specs with your friend. This will be useful in case you are required to resubmit your photos to CIC due to non acceptance of your initial submitted photo. There are quite a few cases where CIC instructed the applicant to resubmit their photos by mail due to non conformance with specs.

P.S. You show 2 original copies of COPR to the immigration officer upon landing. One is with your photo and other is without photo. The immigration officer keeps the COPR with photo with him and give you back the COPR which has no photo. The photo which is on the COPR with the immigration officer is used in your PR Card.

PR card photo specs: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf

buddy I think one cannot send PR card internationally via courier according to laws of Canada. just like one cannot send PP to international addresses as it is illegal.

still I m not sure about it.

Re: Updated Schedule A Form submitted

Hi SAS

Can you confirm who is your VO or program assistant?
From which program assistant you received the email?

Thanks

Dear Members,

I am astonished to hear the news that Singapore visa office rejects FSW files and they are are taking 28 Months to process FSW files. Sometimes they reject FSW files only because they have lot of files from CIC. They have no obligation to process the files of FSW applicants who have got PER and AOR e-mail. They are still processing the files of FSW-2010 applicants. One of my friend who got AOR on 8th of January, his consultancy firm told him that they can handle his file in Singapore Visa Office if he signs a contract of 10,000 CAD in two installments-1. After Medical-4,000 CAD 2. After VISA-6,000 CAD. Their job is that they will give this money to VISA officers in Singapore VISA office of Canada, so that his file will be processed to get Canadian FSW VISA within 3 months and they guaranteed that his VISA will not be rejected. My friends job category is 4011 same like me.

My question is that IS IT TRUE??? IF IT IS TRUE THEN WHAT CAN I/MY FRIEND DO IN THAT CASE???

I got my PER e-mail on December 8,2014.

Please answer......

its not real buddy, it is true that still some VO are dealing with backlogs but they just cannot reject someones case even if they got per or aor, that's against logic and people case take them in court against this decision, which will be a cause of insult and bad thing for them.

so its just a rumor or those CROOK immigration consultants wants to full their own pockets. man CAD10000 is a huge amount. that's impossible to ask for visa.

your friend or anyone can complain against these things on cic website, infact cic and Canadian immigration encourages to complain against crook and fraud consultants so that they can crack down against them with the local govt of that country, even u can complain against any visa office. and if ur complain is not heard u can take them to court!

so I think its just fake and not real.

Is there any case of refusal by NDVO after PER?

yes it is possible and it happened to many applicants. any indian mate can shed light on this in detail. but it happens rarely.
