Dear Members,

I am astonished to hear the news that Singapore visa office rejects FSW files and they are are taking 28 Months to process FSW files. Sometimes they reject FSW files only because they have lot of files from CIC. They have no obligation to process the files of FSW applicants who have got PER and AOR e-mail. They are still processing the files of FSW-2010 applicants. One of my friend who got AOR on 8th of January, his consultancy firm told him that they can handle his file in Singapore Visa Office if he signs a contract of 10,000 CAD in two installments-1. After Medical-4,000 CAD 2. After VISA-6,000 CAD. Their job is that they will give this money to VISA officers in Singapore VISA office of Canada, so that his file will be processed to get Canadian FSW VISA within 3 months and they guaranteed that his VISA will not be rejected. My friends job category is 4011 same like me.

My question is that IS IT TRUE??? IF IT IS TRUE THEN WHAT CAN I/MY FRIEND DO IN THAT CASE???

I got my PER e-mail on December 8,2014.

Please answer......

I cannot believe it. Sorry.

2) PCC received on 15th Oct’14, not sent with application. Is the same is valid?? If yes, can I send the same now?
3) Although I got better designation but My role is changed slightly in new organization. Is this will impact my profile??

Finished medical here in hyderabad from gyd lab. It was a pleasent experience. Completed everything in one and half hours. They would upload the reports in 24 hours. Currently awaiting third line update. Not sure about the abnoramlities. Wait and watch approch.

They also give a signed copy of acknowledgement form for everyone. I courierd the same to NDVO.

Do we know any ppr request for June applicants? Did anyone contact cic to know the reason for long dealy in ppr request. Please share their responce.

Most likely a rumor. Visa Offices cannot just simply implement that move unless otherwise officially declared by Canadian government and if that's the case such should have been implemented to all visa offices around the world.

Hi

I have a query. I have already obtained PR . But due to some personal circumstances I preferably want to move to Canada Permanently after 1.5 years. But I have to activate visa by entering once. If I go to one time for 7 days and come back and apply for PR card and come back.

Then I would not have PR card to go back again, as PR card comes in 8-10 weeks and I can't stay for 8-10 weeks as that will mean I would have to resign from my job which is not a possibilty for me right now.

Does anyone know is there any process there in which I can ask for PR card to be mailed back to India. For example am I allowed to give someone authority letter to carry PR Card from outside canada ? Is anyone aware of such a process or how to tackle this

Thanks
Neha

Give your friend's Canadian mailing address to the immigration officer for the delivery of PR Card during landing formalities.

PR card will be mailed at your friend's address in due course of time, then your friend can courier you the PR card by DHL or UPS at your international address.

Also keep some new photos as per pr card photo specs with your friend. This will be useful in case you are required to resubmit your photos to CIC due to non acceptance of your initial submitted photo. There are quite a few cases where CIC instructed the applicant to resubmit their photos by mail due to non conformance with specs.

P.S. You show 2 original copies of COPR to the immigration officer upon landing. One is with your photo and other is without photo. The immigration officer keeps the COPR with photo with him and give you back the COPR which has no photo. The photo which is on the COPR with the immigration officer is used in your PR Card.

Hello All...

I have got the PER for the both the files - wherein my wife applied under 4214(early childhood educator) and i applied under 0121(real state and mortgage broker). Following are the time lines for both the application:

NOC - 4214 - Primary applicant - My Wife
App received date: 15.09.14
CC charged date: 30.11.14
Original PCC sent in file
PER received date: 6.01.15
NDVO
As per ECAS file in Process

NOC - 0121 - Primary applicant - Myself
App receieved date: 3.10.14
DD cashed date: 19.12.14
Notarised copy of PCC sent in file.
PER received date: 15.01.15
NDVO
No update as per ECAS. May be in a day or so it will be updated as a normal process.

I have few queries from the seniors:

As i am going to get my file processed (and not my wife's file); as i want to fly to Canada first and get settled and then call my wife and kids.

Query 1 - Shall i get my wife's file closed now by asking the NDVO to stop processing my wife's file or I can wait till the medicals come for both the files. My consultant is sure that there is no issue in waiting till the medicals request are issued. The valid pint that my consultant made is tht had i applied for 2 NOCs it would have been important to get one file rejected now but because the primary applicants are different(therefore two different UCIs). Pls suggest is this the correct way to wait till medicals or shail i get the file rejected right now.

Query 2 - If i get my wife's file rejected, will CIC refund my fees amount. Although i have an understanding tht they would not refund. But the PER mail tht the CIC has sent has a payment receipt and the receipt says tht we should quote the UCI for all the queries and REFUNDS. If CIC is mentioning REFUNDS is in the PER mail with payment receipts, does not mean there is a chance of refund ?

Query 3 - When i prepared and sent my file in August i was in Chandigarh(because of my job). In September i was transferred to New Delhi in the same job/employer/job role/profile. My family still in Chandigarh throughout. I stayed in Delhi for 5 months and then i will be shifting to Gurgaon in feb(because of proximity to my office). My Family still in Chandigarh and i m in Chandigarh on weekends.

By the time i get my medicals, it would be 4-5 months stay in gurgaon.

Query 4- WIll i have to provide PCC for Dlehi stay and gurgaon stay. or just my Chandigarh PCC shall suffice as my Delhi and Gurgaon stay is less than 6 months.

Moreover i provided a valid notarised copy of PCC in my file. Will the notarised copy suffice or the VO will ask for another PCC ?

I am really confused as my consultant has a mixed opinion.

Seniors pls hlep and Thank you in advance...

Dear Seniors... i need help ...pls advice/suggest...

If some has PMed your reply should also be personal bro
Keep yourself cool and judge what u have done
Best wishes for your application :)

Do you think that person behaving in such an irresponsible manner should not be exposed! I don't think so.
Such type of people must be exposed so that others also beware of them. Therefore I consider it my ethical and moral responsibility to expose such a person who is using abusive language, so that at least forum moderators or administrators ban him and delete his profile. Even i have reported it to moderators. Hopefully they would have already banned him because I did not hear any response from him.
This person is the culprit issuing -1 to several forum members and all of them complained about him although they continued to support each other. Same shall I do.

Sending PR card via international courier is against candian law. Don't try to that...
