just want to know the further processes that will take place....
and where you reached...
please advise...and update ....

Hi RAJIV,

For the timelines, you can look at my left panel, which gives the timelines for my file.
However, its observed that basis volumes and other tasks the timeline varies for people.
If there is anything I have understood via this forum then its that, never get disappointed with delay's. Sooner or later good news trickles in.
Just like god, CIC also works in mysterious ways. ;)

All the best with your Journey !!

Dear Members
NEED ADVICE.
I just got Cc charge for my App. Alhumdulilah. waiting for PER.

Now I am planning to get married this year and also the PR process is taking its own pace slowly and I can't control it n I dont want to just stop my life you know for this purpose and feel imprisoned that I cant do any BIG change in life like some people say as it harms the process.
Hence I want good advice from fellow members.

1. Should I get married before visa stamp and inform CIC and then send all documents of my wife and then add her to my app.. then dont actually take her with me but just go by myself and try to get job and accommodation then send a ticket to her . Coz I dont want her to struggle or suffer the start3 months which can happen i believe.

2. I dont get married and delay it (sad face :( ) then go to canada and get all the stuff in shape n sponsor her. Which I heard take upto 2 years to get her in canada. and then wait wait wait.. then finally IF ALL goes well then it results to success by Allah's will.

Now can anyone give me the best of advice here ?
May Allah bless you all. Ameen

Bro,

Dont worry. You can proceed. :D

After getting AOR just inform to LVO about your relationship status change and they will inform you to send supporting documents of your wife such as (Marriage Certificate, Registration document, Passport copy and Photograph)

Happy upcoming married life :)

congrats buddy.

relax, don't panic. don't worry about immigration thing, get preparations done to bring out BHABHI home, yeah get married why fearing this process?

simply when u will get MR or PCC or RPRF, they lvo asks to update the background declaration that if u have got married or blessed with kid, then add them to your dependents, pay their immigration fees, rprf (for adults only).

second thing, it is not necessary to bring ur spouse with u to Canada, u can get settled then u can bring her in, but remember her visa will be valid for same time as for u.....so u have to bring in her with in one year.

my advice: take ur bride with u, cos so far so alone away from relatives parents......it can get really emotional and ur wife can boost your morale and can keep you encouraged and same u can do to her. it will not cost any extra dollar for u both except for food. u both can work and instead of one person earning u both can earn and can start savings from the day one. as a new family I would suggest to plan ur family accordingly, don't plan kids in initial 2 years......its my opinion.....cos as u will start life so initially u both can struggle and do job to have some savings, so if u plan kids then only one working and other at home and raising kids can get costly and difficult. so better do some savings, get adjusted in there which can take upto one year easily, then plan ur family. these are my opinion, u can take decision which suits ur life and plans.

good luck.

Dear Friend
You are the best. you explained each thing so perfectly.. I really appriciate your time and effort to help others. :) :) :) :)
Mate I would take her with me but I cannot as she is currently in MS studies which will complete next year INSHALLAH. She thought to complete her degree after marriage maybe. Its important that she completes it because she also want to work in CA.
Well so can I take her with me and after a month she returns to complete it and stay in the country till then. Later Il again send her ticket.
BTW any idea how much it will delay process?
Thanks again man
:)
