I am happy to announce that I just received the much awaited PER email from my consultant (after a bit of heated argument with them for holding on to the email for the past 2 days).

My timelines are below.

App Received Date 08-10-14 (as per courier it was 09-10-14)
Sent email to CIC 20-12-2014
Obtained UCI from call center 22-12-2014
DD Encashed as per CIC 17-12-2014
DD Encashed as per Bank 10-01-2015
ECAS Live 12-01-2015
PER 15-01-2015
NOC: 0113
VO:- London

One question, please answer if you know , no guess please

- If someone face any problem in Medical with Dependent applicant not with Primary Applicant. Then Clinic/Hospital send reports to CIC or not ?

- If all tests clear to Primary applicant but Dependent applicant referred to further tests(sputum culture) it will delay the process by 2-3 months, in this case will the rest of the process for Primary applicant like (criminality check, other check) will run parallel or not?

- And if process of primary applicant run parallel and complete in 2 months , then they will wait for dependents medical (which will also take 2 months), after that will it reduce the PPR wait time after final medical submission of dependent applicant ?

Now real example: I did medical on 8th Jan and got call from internal immigration reception of Max Hospital on 14th Jan to do further test for my wife. So the tests and reports are uploaded for both of us or not ?
Because i am primary applicants and my tests are fine, so is my tests are uploaded or will they wait and send final report for BOTH of us after 2-3 months ?

I m oct 28th 1123 applicant, no news from cic.....
is there any 1123 applicant of oct 28th or ealier with no activity...

is this noc capped before oct 28th?
