My ECAS status is showing "We received your application for permanent residence on October 14, 2014." since January 13th (3 days ago), but I haven't received PER mail yet. I assuming this is the first line ECA, is there any chance of getting NER after this?

I was able to check my ECAS status from my UCI number which I had from previous travels to Canada.

I am very much surprised. Today again I have noticed my linkedin profile viewing activity because since first time I have noticed that someon from CIC has veiwed my profile so I have started to view regularly to check who is viewing my linked in profile. Today one interesting thing i have noticed that there are six people from Toronto,Canada has viewed my profile as well. Wheresa persons in CIC who are auditing my profile has increased by starting from 2- three days ago to 5-persons today. as you can see in below screen shot:-

Whereas I am not usually doing any special activity on the Linkedin. Even last update to my linkedin profile I have done when i submitted my application.

What seniors think, that during the completeness check do they start checking the authenticiy of the person. OR CIO try to collect some preliminary information about the applicant.

My job title is Payroll supervisor.... I am not sure if they'd consider assistant level also, i believe it depends more on job responsibility as may her at the forum would agree that Job title may not matter when your job responsibilities strongly match wit that of the NOC page. If you need more info, let me know

If you're a FSW 2014 then 67 points is all you need, I don;t believe people with more points are given preference at all as long as you meet the minimum cut and criteria but for express entry with 67 points one would have a feeble chance and others with more points will definitely be given more preference

HI all..

While going thru the Spread sheet, i found that one of the 22nd Dec applicant for NOC 1123 was rejected for incomplete application..
My quesn is does that mean all the applications reached before 22nd Dec with complete applications would be in CAP??

Coz as per my understanding, if the CAP would have been full for NOC 1123 long back, then the application shud hv been returnd saying CAP filled rt???

Experts/Seniors please advice..

Could you please specify who is that applicant of 22nd december whose application went through completeness check and so early returned. Could you please share the profile name and message of that formite. Because usually it takes at least 25-30 days for the completeness check and of course in case of returning the file due to incomplete documents it will be returned back by normal post office which means another 10-15 days to reach back at home or even more. So the candidate will only come to know at least after 35-45 days after the receipt of application at CIO. So if this person application reached at CIO on 22nd december it seems to be really not possible that he will come to know before end of Jan 2015.

But if CIO has increased their speed from 60KM/Hr to 140KM/Hr then i think that it will be possible. But with normal speed of CIO it doesn't seem to be the correct info. Maybe a typing error by the forum member who mentioned this.

Seniors please comment.
