Pam13....keep trying to call CIC...i did like over 20 times in 3 weeks and they kept telling me they cant provide the UCI number via the phone and asked that i mail CIO. However,a good forumite asked me to try one stunt which i did and it worked and i got the UCI...here is what i did......
when the call agent picked my call.i told her i her i mistakenly deleted the mail containing my UCi without realizing it and could only remember two digits which is 92----,and i needed to fill up a CIC application form with that number.and bingo..that got the me the UCi number after she asked for al my personal details as contained in my application just to confirm she is dealing with the rightful owner...so try it,it might also work for you.
