NOC 1212. My DD has been encashed on 6 Dec 2014 and its been 40 days. I haven't received my PER email. I am really worried. Please suggest... Is there any hope left, my friend got PER whose file went after me. Any help would br greatly appreciated. Thanks!!i

From last 2 months, it depends on the NOC....so just see your NOC applications for PER....stay positive, your PER is on the way...

So happy to share with you the good news that my ECAS has just been updated to 3rd line:

3. Medical results have been received.

Medical Request was received on 17 Dec 2014 and the medicals were completed on 5 Jan 2015.

In your valuable opinion, how much more time it'll take me to receive RPRF and PPR? My visa office is LVO.

Awaiting your replies and thanking you in advance...

URGENT INFORMATION TO ALL

If 3rd line is not updated within 15 days of medical done date, please contact your clinic from where you did the Medical Test.
Might be possible there is some issue with any report/medical (like chest X-Ray) and further tests required (sputum, x-ray repeat, etc).
Don't wait for 3rd line for more then 15 days, check for status from Clinic immediate.

Otherwise it will delay the process and you have to wait for email from CIC for further test.

@Waiting2014......our NOC 1212 is a slow moving NOC....i got PER after almost 44 to 48days after DD was cashed...my DD was cashed Nov 21st and i only got PER on 14th Jan 2015..meanwhile i am August 27th applicant...so hang on..PER will soon come.However have you checked your ECAS using your UCI?...what did it say.

I am also NOC0113 applicant. And also DD. Your DD encashment took around 67-days. So, mine would be hopefully encashed prior to 15th Feb,2015.

If i receive the NER mail will my money be refunded? If someone knows please answer...

Most probably after they charge you wll not get NRE, ( u will get PER only), in very few cases they get NER after charging, so be positive, you will get PER soon also if by any chance you get NER or rejection from CIC, Canada u will get refund ( if file is not transferred to local VO)

this is urgent please........

i was asked to submit copy of matriculation copy of my spouse at the time of RPRF though i had supplied one along with the application.
so i again furnished the copy of matriculation certificate of my spouse again along with RPRF DD and the proof of medical.

But now again when i was waiting for the PPR very eagerly they/NDVO have again sent a communication asking to submit the copy of mtriculation copy of the spouse i dont understand this.

can any one explain this?

Hi, A Xerox will do. The copy is just for them to be updated with the fact that you have done the medical. However its the ehospital which uploads the reports against the respective UCI which further is acknowledged by the system resulting in 3'rd line update.

Actually i paid for my application through a bank draft ,i asked the bank if the cheque has been encashed he told me it`s a difficult matter to know is it true,anyone has the same situation?

1) Was the copy clear and legible?
2) Was it Notarised with a Valid Outside India stamp.

This are what come to my mind as a possible reason for asking the same docs again.
Senior's please add on.
