Still no second line or MR !! July 4th applicant! It's been 75 days since PER. Should I be worried ???

Lots of July applicants have already received their MR. Should I contact NDVO?

Seniors plz suggest !!

Call +1 613 944 4000
then 1+1+1 call will be transferred, then 1+1+3, you'll be asked for your UCI# 3 times but u just ignore till you're transferred to an agent. Best of luck
When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
Agent will ask information like,last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

Well my friend called them 27 times - each time was handled with utter distress - the other side behave as if something is burning them...

A little background into my profile. I am already in Canada on temp work permit visa. Applied for PR (with VO office - New Delhi, India) in Oct-14 and CC charged on Jan'15.

• My arrival in Canada and requesting transfer of Visa office to CPC Ottawa. - Will they transfer file to VO Ottawa? thru Case specific query to VO, Delhi.
• I also completed my medicals which was done as part of my Work visa on July-2014 – Is it valid?

I have got my GCMS notes.
Status - Review required
Last update - 28 oct
Due date - 27 Nov
Report generated on 15 dec, no action in b/w due date and report generated date.
Although notes of VO seems positive as per the docs required. At the end , VO put under "Recommendation - Review required"

Appn date - 27 May, no MR yet, PER-17 Sept.

What should I guess from this.

Please suggest.

u r in buddy, relax.

the only thing that can disturb u is Cap count. what I remember last time was by December mid there were already around 600 apps accepted into 2172....and charging was going on for September applicants..........now in next 3 months I don't know whats the position of cap.

well until unless u wont here a clear rejection from cio on cap basis, u r in and alive. sit tight and wait. good luck.

At mid december update noc 2172 was approx 300 not 600
Please for god sake just for reply do not type anything.

Time is killing 7th July applicant NDVO NOC 2173 still no MR or second line update???? wake up NDVO sending MR to others in July itself but it seems they forget to pick 7th July'14......

Any one from seniors can expect what is happening to NOC 2132. There is no movement since 3rd of October. May be it got capped or what is going on. Please reply. Thanks in advance
