I HAD ONE INFORMATION BUT DIDNT DISCLOSE TO CIC

PLEASE GUYS HELP ME IF I NEED TO INFORM THEM ON THIS.

With my previous employer, i had valid H1B petition but i neither get visa stamped on my passport nor had an interview. i was just holding valid petition and it was expired on 31st September 2014. I have copy petition letter with me. Original is with my employer.
If i need to inform them, how i do, which form need to be filled and what will be cover letter?

CC charged 12 DEC 2014
PER 08 JAN 2014

toufiq, as per my limited knowledge I don't think u need to inform any VO, since u were not rejected any Visa. Hence Relax

According to SS there are only 25 applicants with NOC 0015.
May - 1
June - 1
July - 5
August - 1
etc...

So it is quite normal that only one applicant got passport request (according to SS). And overall number within 1000 CAP for NOC 0015 is only 107.

You should be fine I guess as you made it within the stipulated deadline of 31st Dec. As for the CAP I think it should hold till then.

I am 2172 applicant as well. App Received: 10th Dec'2014.

first check and confirm if your DD was charged or is it CC you used?83 days is enough for your to be charged but not too late for PER to be issued if all things submitted went well...so i will advise you confirm to us if your DD was charged and what date.cheers

mine is 20 oct in CC mode But has not been charged till now
