Appl recvd by CIC - 6th Nov '14
Charged CC - 9th Jan '15
VO - NDVO

As per the latest update by CIC, the NOC 0112 - HR cap has reached to 254. my query is when I would be in the caps list ?? Am I in the list on the day CC charged or until I receive the file no. ?? pls reply

It is part of completeness check, if ielts and ecas are valid, and all other documents available along, the file moves for payment charging, and the eligibility review.

Another member (managers online) also a mid December applicant reported that his Linkedin profile was viewed by CIC officials.

December apps are definitely being viewed now.

medical results uploaded on eMedical system on 27th Nov. 2014... up till now, no 3rd line on eCAS and LVO is hoping to receive the results as per a reply they sent me yesterday inquiring about my case!!!!
What kind of problem I have here!!!...
Today I went to the clinic where I made the medical and they showed me everything was already uploaded on the system since 27th....
.....It's really a mess .......

Hi Guys

I am waiting for PPR from NDVO I got my medicals done in November mid and third line updated in november and submitted my RPRF and PCC docs.
Now I have moved to a rented house since my Old house is under construction
Should I inform the NDVO about the address change now?

Your suggestion and help is really appreciated.

Confirm that mid December files are being checked now.

If I were a James Bond, would have attached a nano tracking device with my app!

Allah knows who is checking/has checked my file, and what are the outcomes.

Include the Following in single package, the address is right....

Copy MR Test form signed with seal by the hospital with recipt of fees paid for MR (for the memebers who went through MR husband wife kids)
RPRF online receipt with your UCI in CLient ID and DOB and Address.
Copy of Passport Bio Pages (for the whole family)
Original PCC (if requested)
Any other docs requested

Is it necessary to include fee receipts too? Nowhere in the MR mail is it mentioned to include the fee receipts.

During completeness check, they do like the following

1. Check if the cap is still open
2. All documents and forms are provided accurately
3. Check authenticity of language test and ECA

Some enthusiast official may also check your Linkedin or twitter profiles!

Isn't it surprising that we are not seeing app returned in 2171 category because of CAP reached?
Either they've stopped returning apps & will do so after current FSW finalized, or they have no intention to return the app!!!

Anyone can throw some light?

Can any one inform why is that new delhi visa office is not issuing any Passport Request?

My application is dated 22.05.14 (NOC Code :2174)and already done with Medicals on 07.11.14.

Any information on the above would be highly appreciated.

I received medicals, RPRF and Police check today from NDVO. Additionally they have asked to send Photocopies of passport

1) Do i need to send everything together in a package to the below address or should they be send separately? - you can do both. but original medical report will be sent by only Doctor.

2) Do I need to send proof of RPRF payment? Yes. better pay online and sent the receipt

3) will medicals be sent directlty or do i need to send them? - Get a copy from your doctor and attach
