Hello Guys

I sent my FSW application on Nov 27th and is reviewed on Dec 19th but is returned this week with a IRPA reg 10 letter stating that I didn't provide a copy of degree certificate along with ECA . Thats my bad to forgot degree certi.

My question here is , can I resubmit now with the IRPA letter , attach the degree certi and send the package to be considered under the same FS 2014 program ?

I dont think it is mandatory to update your travel details after your application has reached the CIC.

Ok!! I have finished MR, RPRF and was waiting for FBI PCC. Just got it. So I thought of sending an updated travel history along!! Thank you!!

I am July applicant.I got PER on 19th october.Today i checked my status online and found second line updated,that we start processing your application on 2nd January 2015.Does it mean that my file has been transferred to VO.How can i come to know that at which VO my file has been sent?within how many days i can expect MR.

Second line was updated on Dec 18, that processing has started on Dec 16th, but no MR yet. I am really concerned, as most of the timelines indicate that MR request is received within a week or so from the date of processing. It is almost going to be a month. Please help.

In case of any unforeseen factor, application gets rejected. Do CIC refund the fee we submit to Receiver General of Canada ?

Please be clear and specific with information.

In case application is deemed incomplete and returned ,fee will not be charges.In case application is found complete and processing started ,The fee will be charged and in case found ineligible ( may be less than 67 points or job duties not matching with NOC etc) the fee is charged and application is also not returned.

You can send the documents right away to NDVO, uploading the results and sending documents are independent events, for me even before i sent the documents to NDVO my 3rd was updated saying that "medical results have been received"

It's official, Most of 1123 candidates are getting called for the interview at NDVO.

I think everyone can claim that they are from marketing and CIC wants to cross-verify.

You can send it through Bluedart. VFSGlobal is for sending passports
