Can we call London VO office to know the status?? anyone having number or details please provide.

I want to inquire about passport request email. My status online was updated to 'Decision made' on 19 dec and still there is no PPR email. i send CSE to london VO but no response. now i am thinking to call and try to get details from agent. Can i do that?

If its gmail, Write to them (help desk) with all the details used during registration like ur name,Date of birth, phone number ,secondary email id etc.
Worth a Shot !

When did you send your application. if its more that 3 months then write a mail to cic with all your information. then they will reply you quoting your uci number, The uci number can be found by phone to if you are lucky. if you dont have password you cannot see your PER mail. But with UCI and ECAS you can contact them later and can ask to communicate with you with another email that u use.

My frnd got charged on 26-11 and on the SS 6-7 cc charged showing in dec and last one is on 22-12

It means dec applicants got charged in 20 days from date of application it seems to be fake ??

I suggest to go for "Forgot Password" option to retrieve the email account. That s the shortest method.
