Can someone share the email id of NDVO? Can we actually contact them regarding finding out if they have sent mail and we missed? I am suspecting they will send PPR when my VISA expiry date will arrive (MEDs done on 23rd Oct)

Are you sure? Is there a time frame to challenge CIC decision? It is already 21/2 months since the rejection

Her agent must be knowing Canadian lawyer...
Or else ask her to find and contact an immigration lawyer...

I am asking a very stupid question but please help me to understand that what is 2nd line update means ?
Is it the 2nd email or something else.
Ques 1: When shall i expect my 2nd line update (If i log-in to CIC website it says status as "In Process").
Ques 2: When shall i expect my Medial to arrive ?
