I am 20th May Applicant, NOC 2174, PER- 10th September 2014, second line updated on 3rd November 2014 and waiting for MR.

Is it another trick by consultant to squeeze money from your friend? To be certain, tell her to make it clear with consultant that no payment to be made before getting positive response from CIC on the challenge.

I read somewhere on fsw2014 that if job duties are not accepted by CIO you can not challenge it.

Yeah that is what I told her to make it clear to the agent that no money will be spend by her in this regards until she gets a positive response. Are you sure about this ‘if job duties are not accepted by CIO you can not challenge it’ because ‘anujshah14’ (post below yours) says the decision can be challenged? Also is there a time frame coz its been two and a half months already after rejection.

Are you sure? Is there a time frame to challenge CIC decision? It is already 21/2 months since the rejection

Hi Everyone!!

Now that July month's MR has started, waiting for ours to come! It's like a nail biting finish! So many 4th July applicants have received their MR, hence waiting for ours to come any day!!!
keeping our fingers crossed!

Nobody has the slightest idea on how NDVO is picking up cases/applications. Looks like NDVO also doesnt know. All we can do is sit tight and wait.. Patience buddy patience..

I need advice from people who have sent the MR RPRF and Passport Photcopies as per the request of NDVO.

Documents mentioned below to be sent to NDVO is it right ?
1. Single Form Request letter to complete MR pay RPRF and PCC ( Sent in the email attachment by Delhi Immigration)
2. MR Forms IMM1017 (me & Spouse) which are signed by DOC's also photo attached and Hospital Fees Payment receipt.
3. RPRF Payment Receipt
4. Original PCC
5. Copy of First and Last Page (which i think are Bio-Pages) Passport (Do i need to send copies of Bio-Pages for the latest Passport or for both old and new passport)

I am done with MR and I have got 3rd line updated.

From my experience for query 1 Point 5 ..
Send BOTH passports clearly mentioning new one and latest one.

For query 2 address is fine and for query 3 Blue dart

Atleast let the consultant try from his end,but do not pay a single coin to consultants. This days consultants are not trustworthy.

By the way when did your friend applied i mean which month/dd.

NOC :2172

I am asking a very stupid question but please help me to understand that what is 2nd line update means ?
Is it the 2nd email or something else.
Ques 1: When shall i expect my 2nd line update (If i log-in to CIC website it says status as "In Process").
Ques 2: When shall i expect my Medial to arrive ?
