Is there a way in the current system that allows you to sponsor your parents to come to Canada if you are a permanent Resident ?

They reopened this class for 2015 with just 5000 apps intake cap.

Do you have any views you can share if there are any possibilities that the previous FSW 2014 would acquire some delays on processing main reason being that EE has kicked off? And will take more attention from CIC-CIO and VO's.

Yes, there is system but it is tough. You got to have enough income showed to tax authority for consecutive three years at Canada.

mates who have already taken PCC from Indian Passport Seva Kendra ( PSK ), pls advise which all originals to be shown if the address of residence and address mentioned in passport are the same.

Unfortunately can not know DD encashment either.

I have submiited my MR. Waiting on my PCC - due date is Feb 10th. I have applied for pcc from FBI but havent heard back yet. Did anyone else have similar experience? Can I send an explanation to CIC?

Also, my husband's UAE pcc is in arabic so we will get it translated. Does the translater need to notarize or give us an affidavit?

Also, do I need to send my RPRF receipt with PCC?

All the VO knows the timeline for FBI PCC. So apply for extending date - VO will accept it.

About UAE PCC, send the original along with translation done by official translator and get it attested. Send everything original as applicants are required to send original PCC.

Did you check up with the Bank..? Dont loose hope my friend .. Did you try getting your UCI number.?

Hope you are doing well.

There would be some negative implications certainly because EE puts additional work pressure on ECU teams that process FSW apps. AFAIU, if they send invitations in early February to the first draw, CIO might probably clear most of the remaining FSW backlog by that time (not sure about Dec. applicants, but who knows). But afterwards complete and eligible EE apps would go to VOs where they would collide with existing workload and cause delays.

And go with your original passport.

1. For few cases, PER is delayed.
2. Send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca to know your status. mention your full name, DoB, Father's Name, Passport number, date when file was received and by whom, name of courier, and the tracking number.
3. Meanwhile consider applying for EE.
