Hi..looks like we are on the same boat. I am an 18th June applicant too who recd PER on 17th Oct. Second line updated on 25th Nov and nothing since then! NOC 1123
 
Guys I need serious help in clearing my interview that has been called for..

I have once again started collecting the supporting documents for my education, work ex, family background, etc.

But I am stuck while I see the kind of question being asked during interview..

For eg. Why you want to leave this country?, Why do you want to leave this job? What if you don't find the kind of job that you are doing here? Who will take care of your parents after you reach there?

All these questions are really making me nervous now and it is becoming very difficult for me to concentrate on daily routine.

My consultant is also back stabbing as it's been 3 days since I have received the interview mail and I am unable to meet him just because "he is way too busy".

Need serious help. Experienced applicants pls help..

hey congrats.. m also may 22nd applicant but my medical was done on 17th nov. M waiting for my PPR n u gave me a hope

Good to seek advise and I believe you will get tons of it from this forum. However, there is a separate forum for interview preparation i believe, i dont know the exact name of the thread but you may google it, that may help.

buddy wait some more, NDVO is working very weirdly. its also possible that you would have missed the PPR email by mistake or via spam. you an send query to NDVO to ask them if they have sent it, then request them to send again or ask them the status about it.

but wait a week more, may be u can receive it by this week if not yet.

Hi pankhil,

It will be helpful if you can share your timeline. GCMS notes are helpful for interview but am not very sure if you can get them before your interview due date.

As CIC received complete file of applicants and transfers the file to VO, what are the reasons for rejections so far after receiving the file at VO? Does VO check/query every submitted documents? I didn't hear from anyone that VO made a query for POF at Bank or query at work place for work experience. If any of these query conducted by VO, please let us know what type of.

No bank will disclose account info to third parties. Document verification is random, depends on luck and ECU's view on the quality of the application.
 
at one place i saw following sentence:

CIC handling applications NOC wise, preference to hot NOCs

which NOCs are "hot"? OR is NOC "2172 Database analysts and data administrators" a HOT Noc?

Is the 'file received ' status updated any sooner, in case any applicant already has the UCI number?

for INR it is in favor of "Canada high commission" n payable at new Delhi
:)
 
You can check the global spreadsheet. 2172 is a mixed NOC I guess with 370 applications present in the SS till 19th Dec.
