Hi, can you advise what are they looking for in Medical Test? Would higher cholesterol be a cause for rejection?

Thanks
I Cant say abt the reason for rejection but they do test for most of the time Lipids and life threatening diseases etc.
If you are india they ask you with set of questions and then they check height weight eye sight look for operation marks and joints and vital organs whether you experience any pain.
After the above they ask for urinalysis along with blood tests and then a x-ray.
They wont share the docs with you .. all you will get is a receipt for the fees paid for the test and copy of the form which is sent to ur email by Local VO
Hope this helps .. thanks ....

Hello All,

Is there anyone with past history of TB?

I Had TB 10 years back, Now I dont have any health problems.

Does it affect PR ?

I already pre-checked one doctor and told that from X ray and blood test there is no TB.

Please share if any one face any problem because of past history and give your valuable suggestion what should to do?

Of-course you have to declare it. And it will not have any effect in processing your application. Do not hide anything regarding this. Otherwise you'll face problem.

i have a few questions about initial processing of documents in CIC.

1. do they have a favourism about NOCs? i see many NOCs going to MR quickly and some of the like mine 3112 not moving at all. is it so? or the NOCs that are capped out is being sorted out first and more percentage of case officers dealing with them?

2. Avg PER date till app is almost 120 days. if 120 days passed and there is no news what should one do?

3. are there specific case officers for specific NOC or its a random order?

1) Yes hot NOCs are dealt first.

2) Can contact CIC for update

3) Dont know

Good luck

buddy wait some more, NDVO is working very weirdly. its also possible that you would have missed the PPR email by mistake or via spam. you an send query to NDVO to ask them if they have sent it, then request them to send again or ask them the status about it.

but wait a week more, may be u can receive it by this week if not yet.

good luck.
Thanks a lot buddy for the response this blog was acting weird i thought no one noticed my post :-( i will wait one more week and then email NDVO for update as adviced...

I don't know if it is best or not, but my relative used caips.ca and had a smooth ride with them
