Today the application status has been updated with " Decision Made".
Below are the informative details of my case which might help you:
Application sent date: 6th June 2014 (from Dubai through DHL)
App. Received date: 11th June 2014
CC Charged: 1st Oct 2014
PER: 8th Oct 2014
Visa Office : LVO
LVO Processing date: 25th Nov 2014
Medicals Request: 1st Dec 2014
Medicals done: 6th Dec 2014
Medicals sent: 8th Dec 2014
RPRF Request: 1st De 2014
RPRF Sent: 21st Dec and received date at LVO: 23rd Dec 2014
PPR Request Date: 8th Jan 2015
Decision Made Date: 11th Jan 2015
Attending CIIP Session in Dubai on 22nd Jan 2015

I am personally going to Abu Dhabi tomorrow to handover Passports for Visa stamping and COPR.
I have been through in 7 months roughly..

Bro FSWP has ended. EE is the new and ONLY system available for immigrants to apply to.

Hello All,

Is there anyone with past history of TB?

I Had TB 10 years back, Now I dont have any health problems.

Does it affect PR ?

I already pre-checked one doctor and told that from X ray and blood test there is no TB.

Please share if any one face any problem because of past history and give your valuable suggestion what should to do?

Thanks for the reply yes he is asking for money but not sure if he will still show me any email..he is kinda hard to deal with. However my second question is still there. My friend did not receive any email though his DD was encashed on 6th dec...

PER is taking around 30 to 40 days after your payment is charged. So relax it will come through in next week or so.

if ur wife is pregnant and in 7th month or later than lvo will not issue you visa, cos ur wife wont be allowed to travel with a pregnancy of more than 6 months. so u will have to wait and get done with baby, then do the medicals again and make docs for baby and then you will be asked to have visa for whole family. ur case can get delayed by 4 months on avg.

otherwise, relax, you will have PPR mail by this week. I wish u success and all the best.

There is no FSW programme anymore my friend. The last was 31st Dec'14 now you can only apply through EE or can go for some other nominee programme. Thanks

Oh I am extremely sorry for that mistake. Consultants really cant be trusted nowadays. You can all the info and systems in place at the CIC website.

This FSWP 2014 was the last. No such program in 2015 I am afraid.

The consultant might be saying that to fool to and make money from you as the new EE system is very easy and can be done completely online during the initial phases, which rules out the need for consultants. Beware.

I think he is lying to you to make money. Please go to cic.gc.ca for proper guidance. Also check if the consultant is an official consultant approved by the CIC. Ask the consultant to show you evidence of FSWP 2015 program on CIC website. I am afraid you have been fooled by the ******* consultant.

Sorry to tell you but it seems your lawyer is either not knowing what he is doing or he is simply a crook. Either ways, I suggest you cut off with him and dont pay anything.

hello everyone,


My application was received on 15 September and i received my PER on 30 December. My local VO is NDVO but my consultant( from Canada) told me that i am assigned CPC-Ottawa as my VO.

so there are few questions in my mind..?

1. Why my file was not transferred to my local VO?
2. Is CPC-Ottawa faster than NDVO? ( which can be good )
3. Canada and India are having almost 12 hour time difference, how they gonna verify my employment and all because when there will be day , India will have night, how they gonna call my boss??

The current medical condition does matter not history... if your past TB is not affecting your health now, you need not to worry...

also when you go now for medicals, you will not be having any reports on TB for the simple reason you do not have that now.. so relax and wait for your turn for medicals...

Consultants are liars, cheats, "censored words"

Ask him where in CIC website FSWP 2015 word is written, let alone the process!!! It's ONLY Express Entry which remains now.
