I can't agree with you on this Brother. The clock starts ticking as soon as the VO begins processing. While they are waiting for MR compliance, the seccrim and secdec checks are ongoing. And these are the most time consuming routines that applicants have to endure before PPR arrives.

You could be correct my friend. Thanks for correcting me.

Some one in a chinese forum was charged
Noc 2172
Rcvd nov 7th
Charged jan 9 early morning ( beijing time), which means 8th (NS time).
