Ideally it should be from Medical date but logically the clock starts clicking from medicals received date. This is because you have chances of PPR only if you pass MR.

Ideally it should be from Medical date but logically the clock starts clicking from medicals received date. This is because you have chances of PPR only if you pass MR.

I can't agree with you on this Brother. The clock starts ticking as soon as the VO begins processing. While they are waiting for MR compliance, the seccrim and secdec checks are ongoing. And these are the most time consuming routines that applicants have to endure before PPR arrives.
