Congratulation bro. +1

Regarding the pregnancy, you can also defer (form IMM5733E (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/partner/pp/pdf/IMM5733E.pdf)

http://immigrationmedical.ca/Pregnant-Canadian-exam.html
Pregnancy and the immigration medical exam

Canadian Immigration requires that all adult applicants, without exception, have a chest X-ray at some stage. This is a part of the tuberculosis control program. If you are pregnant and are concerned about having an X-ray, you have a few options:

You can have the X-ray now, with a special protective shield covering your abdomen. This protects your baby from radiation. (This is probably safe but no guarantee can be given. Consult your own doctor for advice)

You can do the other parts of your medical examination now and have the X-ray after the birth of your baby. However, your medical report will not be submitted to CIC until the X-ray examination is completed.

You can postpone the whole examination until after the birth of your baby.

thanks a lot bro.. !

Let me go thru those docs in detail.

:)
cheerssss

Yes you can inform NDVO about this with copy of medical reports, but till that your file has not passed the medical hurdle so it will affect your timeline for issuing the PPR.

thanks for the help mate !! noted !!!

Hello all

I have received my PER on the 5th Jan. When am I going to hear from the visa office and how long does one have (approximately) to send updating documents?

P.S I have asked these questions 3 times on different forums but no answer. Are they too difficult or waht? :(

Cheers

On average it takes around 2 months from PER to get MR from LVO.

After one month of your PER raise CSE ( https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=london )

Hi All
I am new to this forum , I need urgent help from all of you .. I received MR request VO and I went with my family to complete all the tests.
My Problem is my son who is 8 years old is low vision child and has got limited vision , that too is very less. Doctor examined him and referred him to eye specialist. He prepared his report and report was submitted .
Few days later I received a furtherance letter from CIC asking to contact the doctor again for "few more tests" Now that tests were not related to eyes/vision but for cognitive and development delays , which I would say the problem is nowhere near to him
He was referred to concerned specialist and the remarks were , That there is no such problem with this child . He is absolutely fine in terms of his growth and skills..
This last test was done on 22nd Dec 2014. I am now waiting for further updates by CIC..(3rd Line update)

Can anybody let me know what would be the next steps ?
How long will it take for next stage ?
Will it cause any major issues , like permanent refusal/Fairness letter etc .. ?

Please guide me as I am running out of thoughts and I need support/help from you all .

Thanks

hello every one i am new to this forum.
my file received on 19th december 2014 I have applied under d category 4011
is there anyone getting d PER mail for d same date? or any other information?????????

You have to wait 100-120 days for getting PER.

@fobiocats:

how did you come to know your file is rejected and the exact reason?
"documents were deemed incomplete & returned back on 3rd Nov"

In my opinion for deemed incomplete file they usually dont charge (i had the same reason for BC) and i received returned app with DD.

If you have already raised CSE followup asking about the DD status if it was charged. Also check your inbox if you have received NER mail around that date (3rd Nov).

As per me if doctor has given a positive response no need to worry you will receive PPR soon... some vo send it in 2 or 2.5 months(ndvo) some are taking bit more time... no need to worry... all the very best

Medical Refusal depends 100% on the report of doctor. As the doctor certify that the limited vision does not affected mental development of your child, so you can be 100% sure that it won't cause you rejection.

It may take time than normal. So have patience and relax.

Next step is Passport request. Can't tell how long it may take as it depends on VO. I can't get your information in the spreadsheet.
