Hi all ,

I got a worst situation here .. i sent my PR documents for FSW on June 2014.But my documents were returned back to me stating that "documents were deemed incomplete & returned back on 3rd Nov" But till now I havent received my document package back (also happened same in previous year also ).

While trying to cancel draft (saying that draft was lost ),i was told that my Demand Draft is already encashed on 21st October ..
I would like to know as if draft is encashed before the document completion is check ??

please suggest !!i am soo much in trouble...

I would like to enquire, if my spouse is pregnant,( to avoid chest X Ray ) is it possible that i give my wifes Medical results later on after informing VO, whereas I submit mine first within the mentioned 30 days.

Will VO continue processing my Immigration.

Yes you can inform NDVO about this with copy of medical reports, but till that your file has not passed the medical hurdle so it will affect your timeline for issuing the PPR.

anyhow I was just wondering if there are any chance of Rejection at this stage ... I mean after MR, RPRF and PCC

submission and while waiting for PPR - acknowleding that medical is OK and no criminal records. :-[ :-[ :-[ :-\ :-\ :-\

That depends.
If you want to leave India ASAP once you get visa to get the first mover advantage. You can.
However, you need to think other parameters as well such as, even if within these 3 months of notice period time you do not get visa then,:
1) Are you able to get another job or how easy it is to get a job if not more then with same current salary? If you think yes, then as a contingency plan grab a job when you have completed 1.5 months of notice period and no sign of PPR.
2) Are you the only earning guy in your family?
3) What are the financial responsibility which may affect if you have to stay in India for next 3-5 months as well.

Think wise, act smart and proceed accordingly.
I am waiting for PPR and have already resigned which comes to an end by Feb End.
I believe, I would be able to get a new job in my field in my city anytime considering the current demand; I will opt for the one in Feb and will join in April. As March I was supposed to be at home for some certification course even if I get visa.

Pregnancy and the immigration medical exam

Canadian Immigration requires that all adult applicants, without exception, have a chest X-ray at some stage. This is a part of the tuberculosis control program. If you are pregnant and are concerned about having an X-ray, you have a few options:

You can have the X-ray now, with a special protective shield covering your abdomen. This protects your baby from radiation. (This is probably safe but no guarantee can be given. Consult your own doctor for advice)

You can do the other parts of your medical examination now and have the X-ray after the birth of your baby. However, your medical report will not be submitted to CIC until the X-ray examination is completed.

You can postpone the whole examination until after the birth of your baby.

May be the response is a generic one. Wait for the package to get it back.

Hi Dears,

I have a question regarding RPRF:

I have paid RPRF via my friend's salary card, since my credit card wont just go thru. My friend's name is stated on the receipt, but I have already sent it to VO via email as well as via CSE. Should it cause any delays in the process or is it quite straightforward?
